My cousin has this one. Its really really really fun for a while, but like most games it gets boring after that. Each expansion pack adds more fun to the game, but if you have all of them and/or you cheat on the game and/or you have just had it for a [LONG] time, then it gets boring. I'm not saying anything against this game, I love it, but 1-Its hard to get the right potions to be able to make kool spells. 2-If you have been a complete simslover ever since it came out or even later and have gotten every expansion or close to every one then by the time you get makin magic(...).the game gets(...).well(...).BORING! But still i can see how it would be fun if you just started playing sims. Its a cool game and I admire the Sims Creators for their Creativity.

This game is awesome you can use magic and teach your sims diffrent spell and put them on other people and you can go to a magic town and they even have hunted houses that you can live in and you can plea the grim repper and you can do TONS of stuff
this is worth every penny you spent on it

Maxis Needs To Get A Sim Clue

Im a bit torn here. I love playing my sims game, however, Maxis seriously needs to lower the prices of these explansion packs (Im betting they would make even more sales if they would just lower the price by [$$$]), as well as fix all the damn bugs in them. How can they be coming out with yet another expansion pack when they are supposed to be releasing The Sims 2? Im so sick of spending [$$$] a pop for an expansion pack, just to be disappointed again. I dont think I'll be buying anymore.

When i first found the sims it was in my dad's office.
I looked at it i was amazed:it was the present i was dreaming of for years and years and now i had it in my hands it was mine, all mine!!!I did'nt ask him for it but he just bought it like that but did i tell you that it was only the sims original(because you need the sims original,Deluxe,Double Deluxe or Sims 2 to make an expansion pack work.

So i became a BIG fan of sims and my first expansion pack that i had for my Birthday was The Sims Makin' Magic Expansion Pack by Electronic Arts.

But i remind you to visit sims.com and Tripleeagle.net for a nice relaxed day!!!

well i have the game and i find it almost immposssible to get ingredise for spells and keep my sim in good condtion but other than that its pretty good

I have,nt had a chance to play this game because it keeps quiting before it gets to the neighborhood.I have been dying to get this game but when i do it keeps quiting on me i,ve heard that this is a good game but EA GAMES U COULD HAVE DONE BETTER!!!!!

EA has made alot of expansion packs for the Sims this one doesent seem to much fun. the main turn off is that there coming out with a game called the sims 2 in febuary and it suppost to be much better than all the other sim games. So y buy another expnsion pack for $30 when your just going to unistall it to make room for the Sims 2 in Febuary.

The Sims Makin Magic is a fun game but also the sad reminder that there is no longer going to be the sims 1 anymore byt be happy there is the sims 2 to the rescue!!! I have to be honest i really dont have this game but i have seen the screen shots and thought wow we have got to write a review

A lot of people r confused about this expansion. superstar was made for workin on ur body, this one is for ur mind. As u can guess by the title of the game, and MY title, its all about magic and bein a wizard. theres a magic town to buy new things such as wands and cauldrons. now if u ask me, this is the result of kids lovin harry potter and Maxis tryin to make money off of it.
