If the television commercials for this expansion pack are to be believed, then my Sims should now be able to get some double penetration action in Makin' Magic. Unfortunately, this was not implemented in the actual game. I feel cheated.
Not the best Sims expansion...

I found magic to be very inconvenient and expensive to use. As in all other Sim games, it is hard to keep your Sim happy for more than a few days, and also make enough money to live off of. It is only fun to go to a premade house and play with the premade sims, but that's not the point of the game...
This game rocks!!!

In the sims mm yoour sims get magic abilities. but the best part is that it pathes all previous versions of the sims and adds a whole bunch of the best downloads from the sims.com. warning though, when installing make sure you installed the other games in the order it says to or it will make your computer go phsyco. at least thats what myne did.

The sims making magic is a another sims expansion pack, not the last though, that is a unstopable monster of making lack of attention a priority, now I know why is for Teen only, because it really makes you stay hours and hours. Please whait until the sims 2 goes out and if you are patient in 2005 or 2006 will go out the sims 3. Don`t waste your money but if you are going to buy it, put a limit folks, like 2 or 3 hours daily if not youl have a persone that spends 6-8 hours playing this game daily, belive me it has happened to me an many people, buy a soccer ball or a beisball bat insted of a game that doesn`t let you focus on anthing else. Think about it

u can get all this extra stuff for ur sims just by going to www.thesims.com and create a acount then go to cool stuff and download the cool stuff and then go to go make cool stuff and if u have superstar u can get make celeb. hope u try it and i reviewed this game before on this site but i just found out about the make a celeb thing and downloadable stuff at my friends house he is the best at this game and 1 more thing if u get all the spells and charms in the game u get a cool gem thing that does stuff for u like u have a fire it will put it out with it's magic and i dont think it can run out of magic.

The Sims making magic is more of a fantasy than a real sims game. its for younger people who crave their sims to have that more fun and exciting life that they dream of. Unlike the normal sims you can instantly do things like making people happy etc...
i would give the game a rating of 4 stars because it is fun but also rather more like a proper 'game' where you have to do things to have good things if you see what i mean? Its definatly worth buying!

This is the 3rd EP i've gotten and it's the best! who needs unleashed when you van get a pet dragon? who needs Vaction or Hot Date when you can go to magic town instead? the spells are a bit hard to find so it takes a while but, apart from that it rocks!

I'm going to get this game soon, in like a week. i always wanted it, and i'm sooo excitedthat i'm finally getting it. the other expansion packs are fun but they don't really have anything that makes really unique. but makin magic is a different story, from the screenshots i can tell that makin magic, by itself, could keep you playing for hours on end trying to get all the spells and magicoins. i really can't wait to get it!

I'm a big fan of Sims and Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I think it is cool how Willow and Tara were wiccas and now I get to experience it.Since the character Cordelia wanted to be famous, Willow casted a spell on her to be famous. I had Willow and Tara acst a love spell on Xander and Anya. Buffy and Angel help Willow and Tara get the ingredients for the spells. Did I mention if one of your Sim's dies you can perform a ressurection spell. Thats what I do with my game!
* If you have Sims superstar you can perform a spell to make them instantly become famous!

i really dont know how i feel about this expansion pack. Oh, but no doubt am i going to buy it! I am a huge sims fan. But the whole expansion pack is growing real tiresome. And plus with all the excitement of the sims 2 coming, this expansion is coming off like nothing to me. Just another way to make more money...even more so. Plus, it doesnt seem like it can compare to the sims 2. I think this would be one expansion I can wait for...
