PLEASE help me!

I just bought The Sims 2 for PC and it didn't come with a code that I could type in to get the game starting so I can't play it. That totally sucks! If you have any ideas to help me, write another review helping me. I gave it 5 stars because I read other rewiews and it sounded fun.

I love this game. You get so much out of this more advanced version of the sims. You have the smae basic idea that you can make a family and watch it grow. it gives you more choices and the downloads that you can find are made better and are more abstract. This game is infact made as a great contribution to virtual gaming and it is an amazing game that should recieve a high rating and high value game.

I, too, fell victim to Amazon's pre-order for the DVD edition of Sims 2. I placed the order July 28 with the shipping date of September 14, and delivery on the 16th. After checking the status of the order more than a dozen times, it continues to say "Item shipping soon". I've called Amazon 4 times so far,the last being 5 minutes ago, and now I'm getting told that it will ship tomorrow (16th) and arrive Friday (17th), and my shipping charges have been dropped. Well that's great except for the fact that it should have shipped yesterday, and last night a customer service rep guarenteed shipment would happen today! I cannot stress how aggravated I am at Amazon's business practice at this point. The whole purpose of pre-ordering was so that I would have the game on a certain date. Now, not only do I not have the game yet, but also find out that the shipment of the game to other stores and outlets has taken priorty over those of us that have already pre-ordered. This is ridulous!
For those of you who cannot find Amazon's customer service number, and/or are not getting replies to your emails, by googling for Amazon's phone number, you will find the number you are looking for. Good luck!

And neither is this sequel. However, it has great potential, once the patch is available. Give it a try.

The Sims 2 seems like an interesting, fun game. You can create custom Sims unlike the default ones of The Sims 1.0. Each individual Sim has DNA that can be passed down to the next generation. I cannot wait to find out more about this exciting game, and when it comes out, I will be one of the first in line to buy it!

My 11 year old daughter plays this game religiously everyday, and I could never understand how you could spend hours on one game and get so much pleasure, until my daughter for selfish reasons installed the game on my computer, and one day I started playing the game. I am so hooked on this game, that I would see a landscaping at a home and start thinking how I could improve my Sims home. Playing the sims has taken the place of me watching TV and it helps relieve my tension or the stress of the day, it is my cool down time. I am so anxious about Sims2 because I know that it will be even better than 1. I just don't understand why we have to wait so long!

Well, what do you want me to say? We all know that this will be a fabulous game and it's a dream come true for me. This will be great. There are just some things I'm not sure of; for instance, will my computer be the right type because it will probably be too slow for this game. Some people tell me that it's going to take up a lot of memory from other places and may not work well...I wish someone would explain this to not just me but everyone. If this game isn't a hog then it's the miricle game. Well that's about all I have to say. (sorry for my misspelling)

THe other Sims completley bogged down my piece of junk computer but now that the new sims is coming out i get to start all over on my new computer

THE SIMS2 IS GOING TO BE THE BEST GAME EVER!!! GOOD GRAPHICS ALMOST EVERYTHING IN LIFE AND IS VERY FUN. The one thing i want to change in the sims is how they speak they dont talk English they say blah gah or other weird languages. OVERALL THIS game is good and you should buy it.

The sims 2 was so fun and also create the people and live the way wanted to as your dream I mean the sims are beautiful and handsome and the babies is so cute and sweet,and the houses looked so real,and the style of the sims is like the way we do in now days,i thought the sims was a great game
