this has to be one of the greatest games ever!!..for a while i had a supernintendo and a playstation, we always played the nintendo just because of this game!!..XD if you lie super mario you should definatly buy this game!! o.o

I remember renting this quite often to play on my Super Nintendo when it was released, but never actually bought it. Thanks to Nintendo for re-releasing it in a state that is near identical to the original, and not "Advanced" like Super Mario Bros. 2 was in the original Mario Advance.

Definitly a must have as this game is just plain FUN!

I was never able to stop playing this game! The graphics are not the best but they're okay. On some parts of the game you have to think fast like in the castles. anyone looking for a good game should buy it.

I am just gonna say it's fantastic. No more! I played this game with my Super Nintendo about... uh... about eight years ago. It has pretty okay storyline and 2d grpahics. most of all mario is so cute.

You won't regret after buying this game.

I love this game! The levels are challenging but not so hard you can't pass them after a few (or a few more) tries. After purchasing this game I played nothing else until I beat it. Nice graphics and sound. Action/adventure. You will find yourself saying "give me back my baby!" outloud during play, so be careful who you might be around. ~grin~ I highly recomend this game to everyone! And if i can beat it, so can you! One more thing, a great feature is that you can turn off your game and keep all your men and level or put it to sleep and pick up right where you left off.

YOSHIS ISLAND is LSD for the GBA: Mash bits and pieces from all the mario games into a flat, multi colored madness, add supersmooth animation and novel, intuitive controls and moves and you've got this game. It's so like other mario games but also so unlike them that it exists as some totally separate, yet equally fun gaming experience. In other words, this game is great, buy it. I stood for two hours on a highway in 90 degree heat waiting for a bus, minutes after buying it; and was so enraptured I didn't even mind as sunstroke creeped in...

Mario is back again with another great GBA title. This game has great color as well as sound. I recommend this game because there is that something about Mario that makes the game last much longer.

A new day in Yoshi's Island

I had so wanted this game for ages. I even begged my parents to buy it for me. When I got the game, I was soo happy! It's much better than the original. They actually use Yoshi's voice in the game. I know people do get annoyed of Mario's crying, but it sounds as though it was sped up. Other than that, this game is great!
