Very complete feeling

I've read reviews of this game of ign.com, etc, that said that the overhead perspective was an issue and that the controls are hard to get used to, even for experienced Hawk players. My experience is that this is a very easy playing game that feels just like the console versions. I had no problem getting used to the controls and I was tearing up levels that I already knew from the console. Plus they include a "kids" mode you can go into where it's nearly impossible to fall. I give it four stars instead of five becasue I already have the console version so it's not a life-changing, never-ending barrel of fun (& I bet alot of people who get this game have already played it on other systems). But it does kick alot of booty! I do reccomend it!

Well, activasion has definitaly made another one for gameboy advance. This game is awesome, if you liked the first one then you will love this. First of all, the graphics! MAN they kicked [butt]. It was like watchin t.v.
With all the same objectives only slightly converted the game has new levels, and a couple from the first game, money, a couple new skaters i think. but you have to play this game.
There are a ton of awesome specials two- my favorite being the casper to 360 flip, Beni to crooked grind, and laser flip.
But trust me when i say this game kicks [butt]!!

I orded it but haven actualy played this game yet, but, wow! I watched the trailer on gamespot.com, MAN! I thought the graphics would be awsome, BUT NEVER IMAGAINED THEM BEING THIS GOOD!! If you are getting or have the Game Boy Advance, this is a must get. If you're not sure about buying it, got to gamespot.com and watch the trailer. I garentee you, you will come back to Amazon.com AND ORDER it! Everyone is saying the GBA(Game Boy Advance) is a cross between supernintendo and gameboy, for some of the games I looked at I'd agree, but for Tony Hawk, I never played a game like this on Super Nintendo! It's more of a N64 game just not exactly as detailed because of the smaller screen, but it looks pretty good! So I would say... buy it, or at least watch the trailer, it's AMAZING! By the way I'm not twelve, I just messed up and pressed the wrng button!

This looks like the best game so far on the gba ive got f-zero and it looks good but this really looks like the psx version of Tony Hawk's pro skater 2! it has a mix of versions 1+2 so it will be like a new game! I just cant believe i cant get a copy on the 3rd of june as im in the uk but every 1 in the US must buy a copy of this and a gameboy advance on the 11th!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't believe how good the graphics on this game are! Plus, you can do alot more tricks thanks to the L and R buttons! I watched the trailor for it at gamespot.com, and let me tell you,it was amazing! With the garaphics, tricks, and all the choices. i wish i could play this game at best buy or wall mart or something. I am sure to pre-order this game!

THPS2 in GBA is a great game. Unlike the 2D games on Gameboy Color, T.H. on GBA is 3D and has graphcis that are just great for a handheld. The controls are pretty good, though they may take a little getting used to if you are used to playing the game on Playstation or Dreamcast. The game moved very smoothly without any freeze ups, and I was also surprised that it could hold som much memory. It has all the levels and characters of the console versions, the levels are pretty big and detailed,

and you can perfrom hundreds of tricks. The biggest surprise to me though was probably the sound. A gameboy game no longer has to have nothing but those annoying rings and whistle noises that your used to, but games like this actually have multiple songs with a nice rythem and beat to them all. THPS2 for the Gameboy advance is an all around excellent game and should be a real treat for GBA owners to play

I just got thps2 and it tops every game I have ever seen on game boy! The 3-D format is out of this world! The advance uses more then 300 polygons to make a life like skater! You also can buy better stats boards and tricks, you can even set tricks to different buttons like on play station! This is a game you need to complete any sport game collection!

i got this game with my game boy, and boy was i imprest the caracters are in 3-d tons of moves 7 levels and 13 sskaters. although it is tough to get items if you look for the shadows its ok. if you like skatebaord games its a great hand held skater
