This game rocks!!!!!!!! I have had this game since chritmas and it is cool. I liked this game alot because you get to battle and all the charatars are sweet!It has alot of the normal charatars and more! The graphics are okay but you do get to run. And eggman is there like anyother sonic game. but this game is pretty cool. it has minigame and most of them are 2 player games. If you have had a sonic game before then you will see some normal charactars. But if you get to eggman you will die!!!!!!!!! there is a robot in the game and you can get upgrades by beating the heck out of the other charactars.this is a cool game if you do not belive me buy for yourself !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!............................ Well I can't say this is the first sonic game i have played. Not to brag but i bought this game the day after it came out. Good thing this is not the hardest sonic game that has come out. All this info had better tought you to buy this game or else! Did you learn that or not?????????????????? Well i do not want to talk to you all day. But this game is cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!! how many times have i said that??????????????? tell me now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Did you get that info?????????????????????????????????????? you just have to smile like this :-). Just buy this game for crying out loud.

This game rocks! Now let my tell you why.

This game is very similar to one of my alltime favorite games, Super Smash Bros. Melee. Only its characters from the Sonic the Hedgehog games! Also, when you lose a life, you dont fall off the screen like in SSBM. You just fall on the ground and dissapear. Buy this game! Its awesome!

SONIC BATTLE IS THE BEST GAME ON GBA YET.YOU GET A LOT OF CHARACTERS(SONIC,TALS,KNUCKLES,AMY,CREAM,SHADOW,AND ROUGE).THERE IS A LOT OF FUN LEVELS. I REALLY LOVE THE CHARACTER ANIMATIONS. MY FRIEND AND I ARE HAVING ON ONGOING ARGUMENT OF WHOS EMERL IS BETTER.HIS HAS MORE RARES AND ???? MOVES. BUT WE ARE EVENLY MATCHED. I HAVE A LIBRARY OF 82% AT THE MOMENT.YOU CAN GET A LARGE AMOUNT OF SKILLS. YOU EARN SKILLS BY FIGHTING AND LEARNING MOVES FROM THE OTHER CHARACTERS FIGHTING.YOU EQUIP MOVES BY USING SKILL POINTS. ULTIMATE MOVES ARE THE BEST MOVES YOU CAN GET IN A CATEGORY.(YOU CAN GET A ULTIMATE MOVES IN THE NON-RARE CATEGORYS)

Finally, none of that running at high speeds and collecting coins. There's action. I like Shadow, because whenever I'm Sonic against my friend, I lose. Rouge=lose, Amy=lose, Shadow=win!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Good for beginners and veterans.

This is a fun, action-packed game that I really liked . Sonic and Shadow are obviously the best characters to choose. If you can't buy you should at least reant it. Kicking every body's butt rules! You can't stop playing it.

This game rocks! I could not have dreamed for a better game to play while you would be stuck in a car with a girl who is 13 going on 30. This game has no flaws: the gameplay is cool there are plenty of characters, and (OW!? my sister is beating me up because I said she is 13 going on 30) the attacks are great. Even though I paid this no attention The ability to teleport (Now I wonder: Complete Dejavue With DBZ) after your opponet is batted away is messed up with Shadow, so I fixed it by teleporting (DBZstyle) then mashing A and then striking. 9.5/10 overall.

well to beginmy review (i gave it 5 stars) i saw this game lieng on a store shelf at walmart. I AM A HUGE!!! SONIC FAN so i decided to buy this game and man was it worth the money! this is'nt another sonic game where your onle goal is jumping your guts out on eggheads machines or mashing the right controll pad pad button zooming buy getting rings ( although i do love those games) this is maore of a combo of legacy of goku and ,sonic but 10,000,000 times better! you start out with sonic who finds a robot and other charecters like shadow for example want to be it's master and it's all fighting from there on. you can play in a lot of different areas like the beach,libreary,tail's lab etc. right now i,m on rouge and i just kicked the krap outta amy you'll love this game!

What a Dissapointment

While fun for a while, it gets tiresom after a while. I stopped playing by the time I got to the point in Rouge's quest where you have to beat her 5 times as Emerl, but if she beat you even once, you have to start the entire fight over again! So if you beat her 4 times,then she beats you, you're forced to fight her again!

All I can say is this: Ignore and buy "Super Smash Bros. Melee" for your Gamecube instead,even if it doesn't have Sonic.
