What a great game, the fun factor is amazing, I'm playing it for hours, the only problem i found was that the drums are a little noisy.
Who doesn't love this game???

Seriously! There's not much to say other than Rock Band rocks!!! I love playing the drums...even by myself. Of course playing with others really makes the game fun, and it's great for parties but it's possible to have a blast playing alone as well.
I have pretty much no complaints about this game. Grab some friends, buy a copy and rock the eff out!!! \m/

It is the new defacto party game. It's karaoke without the awkward spotlight of being singled out. As embarrassed as the singer might be that they're off-key or can't keep rhythm or read fast enough, the drummer and guitarist will cringe at missing their notes. The weight is lifted off the singer and emphasis is placed on the team mentality. Easy mode is a suitable starting point on drums even for most rhythm game vets.

My Rock Band / Amazon experience was very satisfying, as usual. I found this price be the best (very competetive) and did not have to schlep out to the stores to get it. I bought the Xbox 360 unit and Rock Band game seperately, all for my 15 yr old daughter's B-Day (as long as she shared it!). My two girls love it! Although I suck at it, even though I am an experienced drummer...this game is great entertainment - it's interactive and if you're patient and persistent you can even get through a whole song without getting booed off stage! We will need to get more songs to add to the library on the disc. Go for it!

Just when you start to get sick of an instrument....Switch it up! The versatility of the game completely enhances its playability. You can do drums, guitar (then bass if you want something a bit easier w/ the guitar), a switched hand grip on the guitar, and vocals. Oh how fun it is to try and convince yourself that you're actually a good singer.
The only complaints about the game itself is that its misleading to make you think that you get two guitars with the set....which you obviously do not (even though guitar hero guitars work with this)...and the fact the downloadable songs cost right at 2 bucks a pop...Buy your microsoft points in small doses because songs like wonderwall, simple man, and all the small things are must haves.

Rock Band is a great game. We're 29 and 30 and we play it almost every night. It's great stress relief after work and you have to think enough about what you're doing that it clears your head for a while at least. We even took it to a friend's house and he and his wife played it along with their 3 year old son. Their son loved the drums! We played in practice or quickplay mode for him. He got the colors right, but not always the timing and we just pressed the pedal for him. We haven't tried the microphone out too much (I haven't at all) since none of us are great singers. The only thing I wish is that we could use the Guitar Hero guitar or songs with it too interchangably since our other friends have both games.
L-O-V-E This Game!

This game is so much fun but very addicting! I definitely recommend this game and buying it from Amazon. It was the cheapest price I had seen it for.

The whole family enjoys rocking otu to RockBand. It is not too dificult on the EASY mode. My 7 year old son can play the drums right along with the music. My 13 year old daughter has mastered the guitar within the month and can now choose the Medium settings. The fact that each instrumetn can have it's own difficulty level on each song is the best feature I have found. My wife keeps getting booed off the stage when she sings but we have loads of fun anyways.

A great game if you're even slightly interested in Rock. My musician friend says it's more fun to play this game than in a real rock band since there is no pressure. The potential for this game is nearly infinite since any song can be played with the release of a DLC. It's a pity Harmonix hasn't opened up the song/track creation process.
The drums are definitely hard, so not many people like to play it. You have two options, get a standby drums player for all your sessions, or get an extra pair of sticks and let two persons handle it. We've tried both! An excellent party game and we've had fun with everybody singing along.
Too much fun!

I am not a guitar or drum player generally - but we had one of these at a carnival at work, and it was tied up all day with folks either playing or watching their coworkers play! We had so much fun! Put it on EASY and anyone can be a Rock Star!!! What a fun toy - and all of us are adults - it's not just a kid thing!
