This game is awesome i've never played any thing better in my life.active gameplay,3D adventure never too slow or too quiet action-packed thriller.Best game of 2002 yet!

I like games that engage the player and this does just that. It isn't too hard and you really feel like you are in the world. I did use the cheat for unlimited webbing and can't imagine doing it without it. I highly recommend it and am 100% satisfied. Keep in mind that the PS2, GCN, and XBox all have special levels too and the Xbox looks the best with Kraven but I have only played the GCN version. I give it 4 stars as a great straight forward game!

This is the best game I ever played in my life.I like it because the graphics are good.I have the movie. It has the Green Goblin plus other enemies.If you like Spiderman games I suggest you get this one!

It's probably the best Spider Man game ever... The story? Well, it's the movie story! You're Spider-Man, you real name is Peter Parker. You have the spider habilities. You can crawl walls and everything... C'mon... You know the story...

- Graphics: They're really good. 3D graphics... One of the best GameCube graphics... The CG animations are P-E-R-F-E-C-T!
- Sounds: The voices from the characters are directly from the movie! W. Dafoe as the Green Goblin, Tobey Maguire as the Spider Man/Peter Parker.
- Fun: Once you beat it, it's not THAT fun to play again. OK, there are extras to access. But pressing the word ARACHNID in the cheat menu, you get them all, so... But, when it's your first time playing, it's a great game. Great bosses (not too hard, not too easy), good battles, good ambients and everything is fine...
- Educative: No problem here. You just kick bad people. Gang ones, bosses who are making civilians insecure... No problem.

If you are a Spider-Man fan, there is no doubt you should buy it. If you liked the movie or the comics, but you aren't a fan, you should rent it or buy it, depending on HOW you liked it.
Just be sure. If you dream as a kid was to be Spider-Man, this is the right game for you...

Spider-Man: The Movie allows fans to play as Spider-Man in several highly detailed 3-D environments inspired by the Columbia Pictures/Marvel Entertainment live-action feature film (due for release in May of 2002). This full-roaming action-adventure game allows players to jump into the suit of a fledgling Marvel superhero and learn how to battle the forces of evil. Players crawl, leap, and swing from the dizzying heights of skyscrapers to catch criminals and supervillains, and, ultimately, come face-to-face with the Green Goblin in a death-defying display of aerial combat. During the course of the game, players must use Spider-Man's spider sense, agility, quick wits, and strength to evade the pursuit of the bad guys and overcome obstacles.

When I first played Spiderman the movie on the GameCube,I noticed that the voice of Spiderman sounded familiar. It was the actual voice of Toby Mcguire who plays Spiderman/Peter Parker in the movie. That's right folk. It's really him!!! I think this is the 1st game ever that I played where the game characters are actually voiced by real actors. It makes the game even more realistic. Wilem Defoe also does the voice over for the Green Goblin,and Bruce Campbell is the voice for the guide. I think the Xbox & Playstation versions are also voiced by the actors themselves,but I loved the Gamecube version. I also loved the movie.Check it out.

Spiderman is an incredibaly good game. It is a major improvement over the previous game. In Spiderman the movie it does not follow the movie as close as you would think. know why? because this came out before the movie and they didnt want it spoiled because then less people would go to see it. the game does have the final fight except its on the bridge. in the game its a lot like the other one where you may have to do a certain thing so you do it why smashing people faces in. you refill health with little red tokens and webbing with blue. also there are the gold tokens which unlock new and more powerfull combos. i have to mention that the graphics in this game are at the peak of possibility. you can actually see all the little prisms that make up his costume.Now onto the enemies. mostly you face thugs but you do face these bosses: Shocker, Vulture, Scorpion, a BIG robot, and the Green Goblin himself. This game is really a must have. so go out there and buy a copy today. you wont regret it.

p.s. there are a lot of secrets that you can unlock in this game!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

spiderman awesome but not unbelieveable

this is an outstanding game but there are one or two problems. first of all the camera view system is extremely difficult to understand and often disorrients you while playing the adventure game especialy in the indoor levels. also this game is a little too short i bought the game yesterday and have already beaten it however there are 4 difficuly levels for gameplay so it isnt to bad. despite these flaws the game is extremely fun and i would recomend it to any action/adventure game fan.

The greatest things about the game Spider-man are it's graphics, it's depth and it's gameplay value. The graphics in the game are the best i've seen in a long time. When you are web-slinging you can see every detail on the buildings and even on the ground. This game is also very deep. Controling spider-man and trying to catch sounds sipmple right? Wrong! You also have to get new combos for your fighting and practice on those combos. While there is a pretty long story-line there are also little mini-games that you can get after you complete a certain amount of levels. Spider-man is one of those games that after you complete the game there are still many reasons to play it. There is only one BIG problem with spider-man and that is it's level of dificulty. This is a very hard game to beat and gets harder every time you beat a level. I HAVEN"T EVEN BEATEN THIS GAME. There are a few minor glitches in the game but there is one big glitch. When you are web-slinging the web almost never attches to a building, it just goes straight up in the air. Overall this was a fun game and I acn't wait for the sequel.
