if you want an xbox i suggest you go get everything seperatly. First of all the Oddyesey game is horrible as I have played the demo on Halo. Secondly they make more money off of the carrying case etc. Finally it is too much to pay at once and when you want a game later you can't trade one in.

The Xbox is performing great for us. I have a 7 year old daughter and my husband and I are 30. Our favorite games so far are Amped (snow boarding) and NHL Hits. At first our daughter wanter Fuzion Frenzy for her birthday, but now she wants NHL Hits. Shrek was ok but for only one player and we can't seem to get one of the eggs. We have found that renting games to try them out before buying them is a great idea. The DVD adapter has also worked great - if connected directly to the TV and not through the VCR. Price for the excessories and games was a bit of a shock.

Xbox verus GameCube which is the best

All of you [people] out there who own a Xbox know that its more powerful than Nintendo GameCube and you don't need a memory card because of its hard drive but there are facts you dumb people don't know that I'm going to tell you. The Xbox has a more powerful processor then the GameCube because it needs one to keep up with Nintendo GameCube's IBM Power Point Pc chip. You [people] are going to have to upgrade your Xbox system sooner or later because your going to run out of memory just like a COMPUTER and your going to waste even more money than you already did. Most people think that Xbox is better than GameCube because it can play a cd and a dvd. Get a life you [people] with the money you save on a GameCube you can buy a good dvd player and any damn way most of the people in america have a cd player. If you think Nintendo dosen't have any adult games then your stupid. The Nintendo GameCube will have the whole Resident Evil series remade. Some other games coming out that are much better than any Xbox game are Perfect Dark 2, Soul Caliber 2, and many other adult games. Oh and for you people that complain that there is not enough space in the GameCube's memory card the game disc that Nintendo uses dosen't take up as much memory. Also I played 2 of the so called best titles on the Xbox which are Oddworld Munch's Odysee and Project Gotham racing and they suck. PS2's Gran Turismo 3 is much better than Project Gotham racing and GameCube's Luigi's Mansion is much better than Oddworld Munch's Odysee. The Xbox is a piece of crap!

The fact of the matter is this... all systems are just about equal except Xbox and PS2 cost ...more that GCN. Anyways, I would suggest getting either a PS2 or GCN because Microsoft is running a hard drive in this system only to sting their customers in the future by making them upgrade it. The HD is gonna run out of space therefore you must upgrade. This will most likely cost an amazing amount of money (seeing how Microsoft operates) and you will be stuck without a platform while your precious Xbox is being upgraded. And most likely the upgrades will either screw up your previous files or delete them. The only thing better about Xbox is the speed of the system, and the graphics are a tad better.

First of all xbox has over 50,000+ blocks of space and energy,64MB,and a built in DVD player,inernet axses,great graphics loads really fast, best games i have ever played. Sorry if i spelled anything wrong.I think Xbox is a tiny bit better than PS2 and a lot better than GC becase GC cant play any DVDs like Xbox and PS2. WOW a hundred dollers cheaper like i really care.WOW 7 games for GC that is sure a lot NOT. PS2 has maybe over 200 hundred games includeing PS1 and PS2 games. Xbox came after GC and it has already 20-30 games. and for GC you could buy a memery card for 15$ And it could only save 59 blocks of space. Compare that to 50,000+ blocks of space. So if you bought a Xbox it would be worth it i know because i have a Xbox and two controllers and two games you should buy theese games that i am going to tell you

1. PROGECT GOTHAM RACING best cars you have ever seen

2. DEAD OR ALIVE 3 kicks butt and has like the best graphics EVER.

This game is Killer. I got this game a few weeks ago for Xbox. I also have it for my computer you should get this game. If your asking your parents for PS2 i advise you to get Xbox. The Xbox it self has Killer games already like: Halo,Project Gotham Racing,Grand Theft Auto 3. I can go on and on about these great titles for Xbox. In conclusion if you don't have Xbox you should get it and it's Killer games and if you already have it you should already recongnize it's power.

Best console released so far!

Ok look at the facts people,
If you like killing people and blood and guts then get ex-bawks. I meen look at the price (...)for a pakage is rediculouse(spelling) way overpriced. So go out and buy a GameCube family oriented and and most importantly F---U---N.So why WASTE your Time waiting for your game to load, go out and buy a GameCube....
