MY IDEAS for PaRappa the Rapper 3

5 Rating: 5, Useful: 2 / 19

Here are MY ideas for the 3rd. (I'm a big PaRappa fan too!)

.For the upcoming PlayStation 3, and PSP
.About 50 levels, and 5 Bonus-Rappin' stages
.If you get an "COOL" Ranking in all the levels (exepet for the last), You will play an alternate ending with Ludicris rappin' "Pimpin' all over the World" and unlock Ludicris as a playable charecter if you beat it.
.For 8 players
.3 modes, Story Mode, VS. Mode, and Co-op Mode.

That's in my head.

Great game,But here is some tips for the next sequel

I'm a die-hard PaRappa fan.I love his games including this one.Forget what the others say,P.T.R2 is a great game, though it was a little short and needed some other stuff. So here is what I would do for PaRappa the Rapper 3.
1-A new bonus level.the karate one was cool and all,but picture this,A dance level with PaRappa(like dance dance revolution) and control him for bonus points.
2-A supervillan.I would like to see something like what you did in UmJammer Lammy, with Rammy and put in a dark form of PaRappa. Then have them do a Battle Rap.
3-More unlockable stuff like some different costumes or music videos.Throw us a bone or something!
4-More playable characters. You had PaRappa unlockable in UJL.Return the favor.I like playing as PaRappa, but here is a idea. Why not add Sunny Funny(PaRappa's girlfriend)as a playable character. That would get more girls to play. Also,(some of u may think I'm insane but I don't care!)I think she is HOT!There I said it and I'm glad.
Think of me, the die-hard fan, when you're playing PaRappa 3!

THis is probably the worst video game of all time!!!! The visuals are horrible and 2-D on PS2 does not look good! The Songs were very Odd , and the stupid songs are stuck in my head!
I origianally thought that this game was going to be a fun button mashing game, I didn't.. I beat in in 2 hours. So unless you are around 3 to 7 years old.....
DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME
AND DEFINETLY DON'T BUY IT!

Very Short review for a very short game..

This game is awesome! I put it in my PS2, expecting it to be a snore-fest, but once you start playing, you can't stop! The only "problem" it that the songs get stuck in your head.

Too short, but fun

I just purchased a PS2 yesterday, and this is one of the many games I bought with it. Being a fan of the original as well as Um Jammer Lammy, it was one of the many games I felt like I had missed out on by only owning an XBox and a Gamecube. So, that being said, if you're a fan of the other two games, you'll love it for the music (although the songs aren't quite as memorable as the previous titles.)

One of the nice additions to this sequel is that most of the songs no longer have a "call and answer" feel to them, meaning that while your opponent is rapping, Parappa is usually doubling the vocals in places or doing a little freestyle here and there over it.

Even having to replay a couple of the levels twice, I finished it in a little over an hour. So basically the question is, how much did you replay the original games just to hear the songs again? If, like me, the answer is "a lot", then it's most certainly worth your time.

Others might be turned off by the incredibly short length of the game and its very bizzare plotline, but if you're a musician or a music fan you should have a lot of fun revisiting this game on occasion.

A dog in a rapper outfit that dances.....not the best. ~_ ~

PaRappaTheRappa 2 is not only a tremendously long title, but a pice of trash. It's about this midget dancing dog.He gets a life time supplies of noodles.(um....)And that's all he thinks about.
there's 3 words to describe this game:

NOODLES-DANCING-LAME
Whatever you don't buy this game!!!
Unless you like midget dogs in a rapper outfit that dances.
sincerly,
kenny

Fun,but hard

AS THE TITLE OF THIS REVIEW SAYS,THIS
GAME IS FUN BUT HARD.
I HAVE MADE IT TO STAGE 8,
AND IT'S INPOSSIBLE TO BEAT,EVEN WITH THE GAME
SET TO ''EASY MODE''(!!!).

BESIDES THAT, IT'S A GOOD GAME
WITH SONGS YOU CAN'T GET OUT OF YOUR HEAD.

I have to give it a 3 stars...

... because I love Parappa SO much that I don't think it's fair. This game was SOOO fun. And the gameplay, the graphics and the environments and music, plus the story and the videos were all WAY better than one. But since I loved it so much, I have to complain about it, because it is WAY too short! This game needs to have like, 80 stages! Not 8! Way way way too short! In addition, I thought it wasn't cool how regular mode was SOOO easy, but then the battle mode you needed to get the secret songs unlocked was SOOO hard. They needed to even that out a little. The 8-bit song was classic.

Low Down on Parappa the Rappa 2

Now if it's a real review you want, then read ON!

Gettin straight to the point(THE VERDICT):

UPPERS:
-funny script and story.
-Very Well animated!
-Quality rapping!
-Nice two-player game.

DOWNERS:(trust me, this game isn't reall down, I'm just picking hairs here!)
-Dull bonus and training bits.
-Still a very short game.
-Jokes soon wear thin
-The food makes you hungry(see what I mean!)

Overall Results:
Graphics = Nice, but you're always staring at symbols:7/10
Sound = Good tunes, enjoyable lyrics and ace rapping!:9/10
Lifespan = Short, easy, but saved by two-player action: 7/10

Overall Score and thoughts:
Better than most rhythm-action games thanks to its jam-along two-player mode. The only downfalls are the shortness and the rather vague jokes. IF YOU LIKE THIS THEN U'LL LOVE SPACE CHANNEL 5(GIVE IT A SHOT!)
SO OVERALL I GIVE IT 8/10!
