It's a fun game don't get me wrong but it's familar of the 2000 release of the Playstation. The graphics look great but the web-slinging could've been better and some more exploring like Spider-Man 2. But there is a lot of action and the voiceovers are pretty good. If you have a chance pick up Spider-Man 2 or Ultimate Spider-Man but this game is still pretty good.

right off the bat, you see the main problem is the crappy controls. also the fighting feels like some cheap double dragon rip-off. i didn't get very far in this, because there are just so many better options out there.

This game was super awesome, but the game was too easy. The only thing missing was another level. It could have used another level. Finding those combos are hard. For those who are reading, here's a chaeat that enables all levels: ARACHNID Cool, huh? I give it an 8.4. But really, it requires skill and strong focus, but seriously, it could have used another level.

Spiderman is a really great game. I've had it along time 1 and a half years. Its really fun to play, but your webbing doesn't touch buildings. It puts you right in the movie you first find Uncle Bens killer then you battle Spidy's old comic book villans,then the Green Goblin. Also when you beat the game on Super Hero you get a few cool things in the Secret Store. Over all its a great game and worth the money.

This game is the best I`ve ever played.It fetures Spider-Man, from the new movie.It allows you to web-swing through a 3-D enviorment,with a giant number of criminals. It has great graphics and the gameplay is the best.You have to save New York City from 4 supervillians:Shocker,Vulture,Scorpion and of course the Green Goblin.It doesn`t have as many villians and web- swinging as the orginal games, Spider-Man and Spider-Man 2.More sneaking around.But it still is great,since you get to play in Aerial Combat,instead of fighting the regular ground battles with the Sandman and Hammerhead.It`s great for all Spidey lovers.
Best game for PS2 yet!

Great game a must have the control is a little hard to handle but who cares when you gave a great game like this I think you should have this gaame no matter what!!
Graphics: 5.0 good graphics did you plaay this for PS1 if you did youll be suprised how much the graphics have improved
Game play: 5.0 this is not exactly like the movie which I saw and so should you but it is a great copy like the green goblin is in it and you look for the crook who killed your Uncle Ben

even though i have only played it at gamestop, i love it and i am going to get it soon. I highly reccomend this game and even if you dont like spiderman it is really fun!!!!!!!! its kinda tough at first to control him swinging but i caught on to it in a few minutes-make it through that and the rest is really cool!!!!

Spider-man, the movie of the year, but not quite the game. I personally own spider-man. When I first got it i thought it was going to be an awsome action packed adventurous game. in some ways I was right. If you're looking for a fun, difficult one player game buy spiderman.

I love this game.I rented it and it turned out great. You play as Peter Parker at the start who`s on the case to find out who killed his uncle.You`ll have to swing around the city and then find the warehouse. Affter the first 3 levels you become the web-slinging genetic wonder and have to beat super-villians such as the Shocker,Vulture,Scorpion and of course the Green Goblin.
You have to swing through an fantastic 3-D eviorment filled with thugs.You then have to complete certain missions like protect a civillian or kill a super-villian like Vulture.
The controls are confusing,though,like to preform the web dome you have to press triangle right and to do the yo-yo you have to press L2 and R1.

This game would be great, but it suffers from many things. 1-The camera [is bad]. 2- There are only a couple bosses. 3- Trying to unlock the Goblin is a real pain... 4- The game itself is extremely hard so its not really for beginning gamers. 5-The game is very short and there isnt much replay value besides unlocking Goblin...
