now smackdown 2 is a good game and all but the worst thing is the loadin.use me for example i get in trouble at home alot and my parents say no playstation but i sneak play but when im sneakin my parents are coming upstairs while sd2 is still loading then i end up getting caught snakin and get in more trouble so if u sneak playin games take a star off this review heres some advice if u sneak play ur games alot never go to season mode that when it loades most but other than the loadin the game is excellent

though they could have waited and gotten Steven Reagal, Big Show(my mind still boggles on why he is not here...), and some WWF legends, this is still the best wrestling game ever. the create a superstar feature is great. it's so frickin massive it was split into 2 sections! the match options are flawless though i would have enjoyed last man standing and 2/3 falls/submissions matches. despite these minor complaints KNOW YOUR ROLE is the best there is, the best there was, but after JUST BRING IT(check out these screens!) not the best there ever will be.

Smackdown 2 is the best game ever. You have got over 60+ wrestlers. Over 20+ matches. The best match is the hell in a cell. You can create a wrestler which is the best thing about it. You can pick over 200 moves. The season mode is where you got real shows Raw and Smackdown. No more house shows. It lasts over 20 years. You just gotta get this game if your a wrestling fan. If you don't have one this game your not a true wrestling fan. This game is a lot better than No Mercy!!!

Smackdown 2 is the most AMAZIN game i have ever played and thats something.I am an absolute wrestling addict.I never miss a WWF event or TV show.And i have bought every wrestling game i know of and this is the best#!!!!!!

I like that they have added more wrestlers, you can do more with Create A Wrestler and there are more special matches. What I don't like is that it takes a long time to load the wrestlers during the Royal Rumble.
Better than Smackdown!1 Know your Role...but still lacks...

Smackdown! 2 Know Your Role is for certain an improvement of the original Smackdown; but, it still lacks! For example, the TLC Matchs, why not Tag TLC? Why can we only have One On One TLC Matchs? That is just plain (silly)! TLC was always a Tag Tornado type of match! The Tornado Tables Matchs are great. The Hell in the Cells are okay. But one more problem, only in hardcore matchs can we have weapons? Here's another thing, each Hardcore Match their are only 2 weapons one for each wrestler or in a Fatal Four Way where we have 4 (The MAX). We can only endure weapons when we go backstage, still...their aren't enough weapons!!! Hell in the Cell is also a lack of something. When you're on top of the cage the only way to fgall off the roof to the ring is to land on the middle. Why not have it in all the parts, just the middle! That is just pity. But in overall, I like this game for the fair graphics and to me it's fun to sit down and play some matchs for half an hour then it just gets a bit boring. BUT.., I would still recommend this game for any WWE fans out their...just for your collection.

I brought this for [amt]... about 8 months ago I Saw Smackdown 1 for the same price,,,,,,,, I give this game great credit becuase it is smart e.g. It recnize's tag teams un-like No Mercy for N64 and the tigtintrons are actully playing clips un-like the N64 game witch is just frames,,,,,,, but now or the bad side....
EVERYTHING reqires loading,!!!! ugh so annoying
the wrestlers move aroud to fast so it isnt relisic at all,,,, The Hell in the CEll Match is nothng to talk about,,,
and on Carrer mode it copys the same thing OVER AND OVER AND OVER!!!.. Rent it and see for your self dont buy it!

This game is the worst game ever. I can't believe THQ made this dumb game. They are good game producers but they fell apart in creating this game. As soon as I played one match of this game I took it out of the system and went outside and burned it up.
That is what I think about this horrible game.

I'll give you all of the flaws in this game,#1:the season mode in this game is worse than the shut your mouth season,because the know your role season is 4 solid years,shut your mouth is only 2 years.#2:Trish stratus is ugly.Her face is just two black holes,a big old witch nose,and she actually comes out with shean morley.And finally #3:The hell in the cell match,when you climb the cage and fall down yor opponent stays on the cage and beefs up the crowd while you lay helplessly on the ground.so if you belive me I implore you to not get this game.that was bassil 6:13 speaking,over and out...
