Buy a Joystick!

The only problem with this game is that it's impossible to play without a joystick. Because it's very hard to climb, descend and to turn with keys. Other than that it's a great game

Playing these flight sims is great fun. I have been playing this non stop for days now. If you can get into it then you will love it. Constant aviation all the way. Just fly anywhere and ... err... crash anywhere too. I love it.

IF WE ARE TALKING ABOUT THE MICROSOFT VERSION OF FLIGHT SIMULATOR 2004 ; I HAVE THE FOLLOWING REMARKS:

FIRST ,YOU MUST KNOW THAT I HAVE A GREAT EXPERIENCE IN NAVIGATION ,( MARINE & AVIATION ) ,I HAVE READ LOTS & LOTS ABOUT FYING , EVEN TOOK A COUSE FOR A PRIVATE PILOT .

THIS MICROSOFT FLIGHT SIMULATOR , IS NOT A GAME , IT IS VERTUALLY FLYING AN AIRCRAFT AS REAL AS IT CAN GET ON A PC.

YOU HAVE TO HAVE A GOOD BACKGROUND & I THINK IT IS MOST INTERESTING FOR THOSE WHO STARTED LONG AGO BY PURCHASEING AND WORKING ON THE FLIGHT SIMULATOR BY MICROSOFT FROM THE FIRST EDITION & UP , I HAVE ALL THE THREE VERSIONS , BUT DID NOT YET PURCHASE THE 2002, I READ A LOT ABOUT IT , KNOW THAT IT IS MORE DETAILED , WITH MORE AIRPORT APTIONS , BETTER GRAPHICS , ECT..

I WILL BUYING IT SOON , BUT I RE PHRASE IT IS NOT A SIMPLE GAME , IT IS A PROFFESSIONAL SIMULATOR OF REAL A FLIGHT

i've had this for a week now and it a great improvement and nothing less than AWESOME.....for someone who have been using fs2000 for a while....i just finally decided to upgrade and trust me it was worth it...great graphics, atc, scenery, airport info....it is very challenging now it's feels like i am in the real left seat.....haven't found any bugs ....it's everything i wanted in the simulator......WICKED FLIGHT SIMULATOR I FEEL LIKE A REAL CAP. NOW........

well to start off i'd like to say that all FS games have been phenomenal but 2004 is the best yet. the IFR and VOr changes have improved a whole lot. for example can you imagine leaving your hometown and the decide that you wanna go back or go to another airport??? well you can do that with 2004!!!!!!! and do you want to fly at another altitude higher or shorter than the ATC tells you to??? well that can happen in 2004!!! and in the new planes the cockpits look awesome. and if you get bored with the planes that you have in your game you can always download a lot more planes form flight sim , simviation.com , or surclaro.com! and the helicopters look so awesome . the graphics in the game look beutiful!! so i suggest you get 2004 and a joystick because if your gonna fly with a keyboard get ready for yelling , frustration , and veins popping out of your neck

Unlike previous versions, this one requires you to insert the 4th CD-ROM EVERY TIME YOU USE IT!

Very good simulator but graphics need work

I was really impressed with this product when I purchased it. The reality of the ATC and air traffic is excelent. I would have given this a 5 star but the only reason I am giving it 4 is the graphics are horrible. Microsoft needs to a do a major upgraded overhaul of the graphics on it's next flight simulator in the series. And another thing I have noticed is that in some citys I have flown over there is no river there when there should be. Example in Williamsport, PA there is a river that runs right though the City it is not found on the flight simulator. Other then that the lessons are very good and informitive. If Microsoft would upgrade the graphics and make some of the details more real this would get a 5 star.

i mean u can fly planes like the B-747 n if u want more planes into the game by downloading other planes!!!!

The real experience of actually flying...in a software.
The only drawback I had was that there were no instructions/booklet in the box.

I thought this game had better graphics then the previous games. I also liked that they installed new planes and options. This game is pretty cool! If you like planes then play this game!
