The sequal to the original captures brilliantly the feel of the hit tv show. The first one was repetitve and sometimes the hardest questions were the 100$ ones, with this game, questions actuall make sense for the amounts and it really helps the actual game. Ive played my beta version several times, and am yet to get the same question, something that happened the 2nd time I played it. The game features new coments by regis like "so, you gonna make it your final answer?" and this time you actually see him instead of just his voice. This game has little requirments so it will work great on anybodys computers. With new questions, new voice-overs and new suspense, you can't go wrong, especially for just 20$. Pick this puppy up as fast as possible, because its gonna be HUGE!
Yes, this is my final answer

I just bought my copy of the 2nd edition, last weekend. It is a whole lot tougher than the 1st (I have even walked away on few games after using up lifelines sometimes too early), and doesn't repeat questions as often as the 1st does. Truthfully I am glad I have both, and even playing by myself I've tried a few fastest finger questions. Between these games and my playing with enhanced tv mode during the telecast, I am convinced I should call the 800 number next week to try out. Whoever tells you multiple choice quizes are easy, tell them to buy these games. They will change their tune as soon they finish their first game, whether they win 0 or 1,000,000. Let's play :-)! Long Live King Regis!
Wow, you must have this game!!!

I just recently recieved my copy of Millionaire 2nd Edition which I ordered a few days ago and it is the best one in my opinion!
I had the 1st, 3rd, and Sports edition but I never had the 2nd edition. All are good games but my favorite is the 2nd one. My second favorite is the 3rd edition.
The second edition comes with LOTS of challenging questions and will actually make you think! The others, you don't find to hard. Also, in some of the other games, especially the 3rd edition, they don't have a lot of the sounds and music that they do on the show. The second edition comes with every single sound and piece of music and brings the show together.
If you don't have a Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? computer game series collection, I suggest you start with the 2nd edition.
great game

As probably the only fan of the TV show that I know of, I couldn't wait to purchase #2. We already owned no.1 and I like it, so I got my chanc4e when they went on sale. Although I do better on the computer than I do playing along with the TV; (I have too much of a life to log on while watching the real show on TV) I find the questions tougher on the PC especially the first five.
My wife said that when everyone gets sick of Regis, and they cancel the show , they'll be giving these away. And she was right: For a while they had the full-version (not a demo) CD Rom inside of Specially marked cereal boxes. (I'M not kidding).
All in all, an excellent game, one of my favorites. The negative comments from others, are well taken; I agree with some, but that doesn't bother me.
The Macintosh folks are finally remebered

I bought this soon after it was released and I must say it is a good program. I have not done that well in the game mostly dumb mistakes but if you are a trivia buff / fan of the show this is a must have. And the best part we mac folks finally are remebered. :)

This game is so addicting that for the first 4 hours I owned it, I played it nonstop. Music, effects, and Regis banter are great and are JUST like the show. After playing for a week or so, I started getting a few repeats, but not many. A must have!
Macintosh users finally get to play too!

I finally get to play Millionaire at home. It was a shame they didn't do the original too but at least now we can play it on our imac. The game's a lot of fun - we've been playing for hours and still haven't beat it. My family strongly recommends this very fun game if you like the show.
