Call of Duty 4 is this years BEST game. I would reccommend this game to anyone who like war games and FPS(First Person Shooters)

This game in my opinion is one of the best games of the year. The single player is short however, it really picks up in the multiplayer aspect of the game. With matches like dethmatch, team deathmatch, and domination it really ranks high. I would rate this game over Halo 3 for its look and feel. This in my opinion is a must have for any 360, PS3, or pc owner.

My 22 year old son asked for Call of Duty 4 for Christmas. When it arrived I gave it to him early. He says it's the closest feeling to fighting in a real war (only not) when playing this game. He loves it!

This is by far the best shooter out there. I just dropped Halo 3 and I'm enjoying COD4 like nothing else before it. It feels as if I've been there, like you are part of a movie.

This Shooter is so awesome I can't even put it into words. Once again there is another shooter that beats Halo down on it's face. This game has a great story but the online play is where its at. The unlockables make it worth it and fun to continue to play. I recommend this game for anyone ready to graduate out of cartoon shooters (Halo 3) and into something more challenging. If not...enjoy your hype-machine Halo spawn.

Think of the movies Bravo-Two-Zero,Blackhawk Down,Full Metal Jacket and Jarhead all mixed up in an Andy Macnab/James Bond Scenario and you get some idea of what your in for here.
Brilliant looking high budget action movie with you fighting for your life at every turn. Realistic script, great music and unbelievable detail in the various backdrops.
And then there is multiplayer on X box live. If you want to take an hour or two out of your busy day for the next year or so get into Xbox live and start playing COD 4.
Its brilliant,intense, exciting, funny,and hopelessly totally addictive all at the same relentless pace. The weapons upgrades as you go through the ranks will keep you coming back for years to come.
Infinity Ward deserve every plaudit they get for this masterpiece. The previous masterpiece (COD 2) is finally eclipsed.
