Coolest Game I've ever seen

Whenever I go to the game store, I don't find anything of interest. And when I do, my parents don't allow me to get them. Wwhen I spotted this super-excting game, my first thought was: Buy!!!!!!!! My parents made a rare exception. For the first time, They let me buy a pc game! First thing I did when I got home? Play the game. LOTR: Battle for Midde-earth is an exciting game in which you can can control the forces of good or evil. In campaign mode, you can can choose between the forces of Rohan, Gondor, Isengard or Mordor. Stunning 3D graphics will make you feel as if you are really in command of an army. The many powerful monsters which you can control( e.g. Balrog)makes it worth all the money. You can control troops and command them to attack an enemy. To complete the level, you must complete all of the objectives. You can also go to a "Battle School" To learn the basics of the game. For those who faint at the sight of gory stuff, don't worry. There will be no spilt blood at anytime during the game. I give this infinite thumbs up!1

A truly a remarkable game. The voice acting, game play, graphics, I give 5 stars on all. Once I started I couldn't stop playing. I felt like watching and playing the movie at the same time. Truly an amazing game. Must have for any RPG and Tolkien's fans out there.

This game is just amazing. Yes, there are 4 load disks, but it is more than worth it. The graphics are one of the best parts of the game. Not only does this game require skill, but also strategy, courage, detertermination, and also the ability to make and fortify your own keep. It is just exhilirating.

I've benn watching this game for, probably a year and a-half, and I couldn't wait for it to come. Then I went to a friends house and saw it. This game has to be the best RTS I've played (or seen) in years. (and I've seen ALOT!) So, If your thinking about buying this one, I reccommend it over every other RTS out there.

ALRIGHT FIRST I WANT TO SAY THAT IF IT HAD BEN A POSIBILITY I WUD HAV PUT 500 STARS INSTED OF 5. SECOND, THIS GAME LOOKS SO AMAZING THET WEN I SAW THE TRAILER I PEED MY PANTS, AND THIRD I HAVENT EVEN PLAYED THE GAME AND I LUV IT SO MUCH IM GONNA BUY 50 COPIES JUS SO I CAN HANG THEM ON THE WALL AND STARE AT THEM.THAT SED, ILL GET INTO MY REVIEW.I HAVENT PLAYED THE GAME YET BUT IF THE GAME IS HALF AS GOOD AS THE TRAILERS IT WILL B INCREDIBLE.I MEEN NOBODY CAN SAY THET THE GRAPHICS IN THIS GAME ARENT THE BEST THEYVE EVER SEEN THRUTHFULLY. AND EVEN WITHOUT THE GREAT GRAPHICS THE GAME WILL B AWESOME. U CAN BLOW DOWN WALLS WITH THE FIERY BREATH OF THE MASSIVE, DEMONIC BALROG, U CAN CLIMB THE WALLS OF MINAS tIRITH IN A SIEGE TOWER, U CAN WATCH PEOPLE GET SWEPT UP BY LOW FLYING FEL BEASTS ONLY TO B DROPPED AGAIN FIVE HUNDRED FEET HIGER, U CAN EVEN WATCH UR SOLDIERS AS THEY BUILD A CAMP. THE DETAIL IS ALSO INCREDIBLE. INSTED OF WATCHING UR MEN RUN IN AND OUT OF A GOLD MINE LIKE IN WARCRAFT (ANOTHER GREAT FANTASY RTS) U CAN WATCH AN ORC BUTCHER WHISTLE AND CALL A BEAST UP INTO HIS SHOP. A FEW SECONDS LATER AND U SEE THE BUTCHER WALK OUT OF HIS SHOP AND HANG A SLAB OF MEET ON A HOOK. UR MEN EVEN CHEER WEN THEY WIN. THERE IS SO INCREDIBLY MUCH TO DESCRIBE BUT ITS 2 O CLOCK IN THE MORNING AND I WANT SUM SLEEP. IM NOT SUGGESTING IT, IM TELLING U THET U NEED TO GO TO GOOGLE SEARCH ENGINE AND TYPE IN THE BATTLE FOR MIDDLE EARTH. CLICK THE FIRST LINK THEN GO TO VIDEO CLIPS AND WATCH ALL SIX TRAILERS. I HOPE THIS WAS A HELPFUL REVIEW BUT EITHER WAY I JUS HAD TO TELL PPL ABOUT THOSE TRAILERS IM SO EXCITED I THINK IM GONNA DIE.

This game has wonderful graphics and looks much better then other lotr games I have seen. zyou can choose to be good or evil. You control everything. Its up to you whether you want gondor to win or Mordor to win. You decide the fate of MiddleEarth.

DON'T BUY THIS GAME. EA Games really botched things up on this one. Look at the game forums..they're rife with people who bought the game yet can't play it because of EA Games' copy protection bug. I bought the game for my son. I don't copy software or pirate anything. A notorius "game.dat" error will pop up on your screen after you successfully install the game. There isn't a fix under the sun that will correct the problem. Forget getting EA Games to help. They're customer support is non-existent. I've heard they don't plan on resolving the issue. Buyer beware. Check out the game forums and search for "game.dat".

Hello I am not a complete flammer so I was kind and gave the fun rating of this game a 4 becuase it does have some fun aspects. But do yourselfs a favor and buy rome total war instead.

Impressive sound every battle begins with a speech from your general and the taunts of his men!

Very fun and in-depth single player the game has sooo much to offer after you beat the game as 1 faction you can play as the others untill you beat them all and they are all unlocked!

Seems like it stole all its ideas from the Total War franchise

Will only hold value to LOTR fans

The game is awesome. good graphics, nice gameplay and armies have strengths and weaknesses for example Gondor and rohan have walls well isengard and mordor dont but isengard and mordor can have more units per battalion. evil has 10 per battalion and good only has 5 per battalion. the vidoe cameras are great zooming and turning. the online gameplay may lag a bit but the player made maps are extremly fun.

I would seriously reccomend this game. it is worth it.
