Sure this game is kiddy and a little easy, but some of the puzzles are hard. It's a good interpretation of the first 3 star wars movies. The game is surprisingly fun, a lot more so than Star Wars Episode 3: Revenge of the Sith. Revenge of the Sith has cooler powers, but Lego Star Wars is just a lot more fun!

My son wanted this for his 12th birthday. He did in fact get this game for PS2 but the game is on a BLUE DISK. Our PS2 does not like to play blue disks. Brand new out of the package this disk would not play on our PS2. So in our case it was not a good game at all.

Fun game with great visuals.

I'm a Star Wars fan, and have many SW games, but the Lego angle is just classic. It's a lot of fun, and I enjoyed the fact that it's not difficult actually. (Anyone who's played Ninja Gaiden, knows you can sometimes use a break.) It's nice to have a game that takes FUN more seriously than anything else, and I think other developers could take a lesson from this.

For those of you with disk read errors, you should contact Sony for a repair. Internet search for DRE faq, and you'll get the info. I had the same errors with other blue disks and Gran Turismo 4. I called Sony and they fixed the system free of charge even though it is over 3 years old.

This game is great. It is really fun and playable. You can change characters and meet aliens, and switch with them to get to another level.
Buy it - you won't regret it.

This is a very fun game. The people just break apart if you die and you have unlimeted lives. It has tons of unlockables, lots of characters and the levels are fairly easy. I had very fun playing it. It's addicting though.

You can be around 30 characters. There is a lot of fighting and violence. Because the characters are made of Lego they fall to pieces when they are killed. You can drive space ships. You can collect space ships. The graphics are very good. This game is good for beginners at PS2 games. The puzzles are not too hard.

My son absolutely LOVED the Lego Star Wars II game. He played it at a friends house and couldn't wait to get his own! Then he got his dad to play with him, and he loved it too! He said that it was very cute and fun. My son is 7. It's a great game with LOTS to do! I would recomend this one!

This game is tons of fun. Funny clips, nice graphics, great gameplay, and more. Referring to what Dressi K N D said about this game, I, too, love using the Force to make battle droids go flying backwards and break. Whenever a friend of mine says I have to do something I don't want to do, I pretend to use the Force on her to make her fly backwards (but not break).
I almost gave this game a 4 1/2 or so because I like the second one better, but I didn't. This game is still a winner. I don't care if it's geared towards younger audiences. I'm 25, and I still love it.
