This is to those people who constantly tell us gamers that we shouldn't praise a game before it comes out...
You think its ridiculous when we post a review saying how great the game is before it comes out, imagine how ridiculous YOUR review looks posted up when the game is out and you're all saying its not! My advice to you guys...let gamers be gamers people praise games before they come out all the time if we can't do it then why can gamespot? And besides we're not reviewing the game we're just posting opinions and preiews.
This isn't anything important I just wanted to get this out of my system because its kinda stupid to look at all the information the people posting the reviews are giving and then have someone spoil all the fun by saying "The games not out yet so stop enjoying what you can't"......one last word...have you guys ever heard of a demo? I think not. Don't expect to get any helpful votes (though if a gamer agrees with me even a little they'll say yes), but I just thought I'd get that out of my system.....and GTAVC is gonna be THE PS2 game to get this year.
Just thought I'd get that out of my system.

Does Anybody here see a pattern? if you look at the original Grand Theft Auto's Cities they are as follows: Liberty City, Vice City, And San Andreas. I will not find it as a suprise if the next GTA after Vice City has San Andreas as the City. So when Grand Theft Auto: Vice City comes out i would look for signs that say "See You In San Andereas" or something like that. Since in Grand Theft Auto 3 Some Signs say "See You In Miami".
You will probably catch it. But, I bet that Grand Theft Auto: Vice City will be great.

I wanna start off by saying that i'm not a huge video game fan,i'm a movie freak and I very rarely play video games. But while I was at a friends house he insisted I try the game so I agreed and this game is awesome. As of this writing I have played
"1,2,and 3" and I am eagerly anticipating the release of the new one,I can't remember the name of. The game is just amazingly entertaining, when I play a video game I don't really pay attention to the story line.I recieve the instructions and I just play, but look. This is a great game for people with anger problems. And now i'll tell you why. If you're mad at a person, sit down, play this game, yank someone out of a car and beat the living crap out of them. It's awesome. But the basis of the game is you are given missions which you undertake by stealing cars, shooting people, and avoiding the police.Sounds easy enough. The game isn't necessarily hard but it pretty difficult. But I have nothing more to write so i'm gonna stop here.A+
INCREDIBLY FUN!!!

Grand Theft Auto: Vice City is the perfect game. This game boasts five islands: two big ones, and three smaller ones, as well as total freedom. Grab a car and cruse into the sunset, or grab a gun and rob a store. If neither of those satisfy you, why don't you hop in a helicopter and fly around listening to humorous talk-shows on the radio. The missions are also perfect: well thought out and fun! If you loved GTA3, then this is the perfect game for you. If you didn't play GTA3, then this is the perfect game for you. Vice City lets you do everything you want to and more, from flying planes to participating in demolition derbies. Vice City is a must have!

This is an awesome game.I don't have it but I play it alot at my friend's house. The graphics are pretty good too.My favorite thing about the game is the amount of buildings you can enter. You can enter tool shops, gun shops,a dance club, a mall, a pizza shop,,and an airport,a mansion (if you buy it),a doughnut shop, and more! The weapons are cool to you get shotguns to knives to tools to sniper rifles to an M60 machine gun.And in Vice City you don't just drive in cars and boats like in GTA3, you get dirt bikes helicopters and motorcycles. If you like the GTA seris buy Vice city
Better than GTAIII

They took everything that was missing from GTA3 and put it into the game. The minutia is astounding! The only way it could be a more realistic role-playing game is if the character had to shower, shave and poop. The music is also pretty good, but there could have been more songs.
Alot of fun!

This game is just pure FUN! You mainly kill, steal, drive, fly and just try to stay alive. There's just so much to do. The missions are interesting but at the same time well thought out. In this game the main character (Tommy Vercetti) is actually more funnier and smarter. You can also change his clothes, buy weapons, rob stores, race other people with fast and exotic cars and even eat pizza! The music is probably the best that I've ever heard in a videogame (that's if you're into to the music from the 80's). It's also a long game, so it'll keep you entertained for quite a while.
Overall, this game is just like GTA3 (a classic that started this game), except that there's even more to do. If you want fun, well, this is fun. Go out and buy this game today!

This is the 3rd time I've played this game extensivly, but the first time I've actually owned it. I almost forgot how addictive this game is. I have to force myself to goto work on some days! I cant wait to finish it completly this time with no cheat codes, and move on to San Andreas.
My other games are collecting dust!

Since I have purchased this game, I have not even touched any of my other games. That says a lot, because I typically get bored with a new game after a few plays and move on to something else. Sometimes when I play, I don't even do a mission. I just have tons of fun robbing people, knocking off the stores, leading the cops on high-speed chases, and otherwise making mayhem all over Vice City. I only have one complaint, and it's a rather minor one. Perhaps some other reviewers mentioned this (I wasn't going to read 495 reviews to find out), but I noticed that when you save your game, your health gets automatically reset to 100 again. This is fine when your health is, say, 70. However, it annoys me, because saving puts my health back at 100 even when it is 125! I payed a prostitute for nothing! Also, I recommend buying your own property as soon as possible, because saving at the Oceanview Hotel causes you to lose any weapons you have collected. Other than that, though, it's a virtually perfect game!!
