when i first got gta vice city The game is very intersiing its a WHOLE LOT BETTER Then Gta3 ITS LIKE A GTA LONDON CANDA THING ITS VERY FUN STEAL CARS MORE GUNS NEW CARS NEW PEEP'Z IN THE GAME ITS A WHOLE NEW GAME i injoy every secend of it how ever gta3 has somethings in it that gta vice city does not i injoy the new missions with fmv's and faster loading time and less saveing so buy this game and add it to your gta3 CRAZ!

I love GTA 3. If this is half as good as GTA 3 it will be a great game. I think this will probably be a little better since its gonna have better graphics, new guns, and bigger environments!!! I am guessing there will be a lot of other new things to do too. I am gonna buy this game right when it comes out and i recommend that you get it too, unless you can't handle the violence.

Ok first off this game is the best game ever made. You can do anything from stealing any car off the street to shooting a cop. I can't wait till Vice City comes out! I heard that the screen shots were amazing and they were better than before. I hope and i believe that you can steal a motercycle and you can steal/ride a helicopter in the game. I can't wait to see the new weapons that are in the game and the new gangs you work for. I suggest if you dont have GTA3 you get it really fast and get the new Vice City that will come out soon. I know i am the first day it comes out. GTA3 IS THE BEST EVER!!!!!!

After the "Real" Version of Grand Theft Auto, It's TRASH

I have to say this game is nothing but trash and a mind-altering game. After what happened with the 14 and 16 year old boys trying to emulate this game with real guns and real action towards cars, it's nothing but fatal. The one girl these boys shot has eight bullet fragments left in her body and she will never fully recover. The other man these boys shot is now dead because of a stupid, mature game that was released into apparently the wrong hands. The family of the dead man is sueing the producers of this game, Take2Interactive and this game will be removed from the market very soon. If you are not against video-game violence and children, ironically, you've already killed someone by supporting these games. If you're against this video-game violence and innocent children with faulty games, more power to you.

Every PS2 owner who buys games has GTA3. GTA3 was a groundbreaking game that changed the industry forever. It is a game that will be remebered for generations. But as in all games, there were flaws. But, they could not change the worlds opinion of it being one of the greatest games ever. In order to satisfy our hunger for more law-breaking action, Rockstar is releasing GTA Vice City and it should be hot! It is going to fix areas that needed it in the last one. It will add new features. Not much is known about it yet (August) but the box cover art is pictured above and 3 screenshots are on kentpaul.com. From the looks of it, it is a prequel that has some of the same characters plus dozens of new ones. On the box you see a picture of people that look similar to 8-Ball, Donald Love, and Tony. So maybe tey'll be in it. I just hope they keep it true to the 3rd and don't try too many new things. Just don't expect it to be as groundbreaking as GTA3. Think of it more as an expansion. (Note that they didn't call it GTA4.)
I give it a 4 because it should be awesome , but, since its not out yet, I can't give it a 5 because you can't expect too much. Can't wait till October!

if i could put 1/4 of a star i would this game is a prime example why our society is going down the drain i remember when games were innocent like tetris now they have people having sex on screen. inside a video game what is thisthe graphics are primitive compared o mario sunshine and it lags on loading time worse than the first macintosh computers i wouldn't own this game even if it was given to me.

I give this game minus 100 along with GTA 3. Why is everyone like this junk? The grafix are horrible (fugly characters) and boring, stupid. dumb story line. If you want to see well made rpg game, play Baten Kaitos. Now, that's real RPG with class!

I think the GTA games are great and Vice City looks to continue that trend. However I think the game developers are being held back by not being allowed to produce the game for PC or XBOX where more advanced graphics can be used. I felt the PC version of GTA3 looked a lot better than the PS2 version. The reason for this is simply that the graphic system in PS2 can't even compare to what's in the XBOX or a PC, plus they both have internal hard drives. So in conclusion this game could be a lot better if it where produced for the PC or XBOX because of the superior graphics system.

I am not a PS2 hater but I know a lot about computers and graphic systems to tell you that the PS2 is inferior to its competition. I will admit the PS2 games have better game play right now and I am sure that Vice City falls into this category, but don't expect XBOX not to catch up at some point. This is probably the reason SONY locked up the GTA games only for PS2.
