fun fun fun.this game is the best game i have ever had.it is very
realistic but hard.i would not recomend this for anyone because you can get stuck at curtain points i would recomend this game for people
that are familiar with the sims or people who could just pick up a game and play (like me) but the bottom line is it is a very fun game.

Okay, This toy is educational sort of...there is reading involved lol. You have to do everything for yourself basically. You have to get a job, a place to live, stuff like that. You also get to play games like basketball at the park, it's sort of like a virtual real world where you have to do the same things you'd have to in real life...only you have fun and hang out with your friends and it's just a game. It keeps you interested AND you CANT beat it IN 1 DAY like A LOT of games...so you are actually giving your kid a game he/she will play with for awhile..not just play for a couple days and beat it or misplace it...so it IS worth the money to buy. It is fun unless your kid ACTUALLY HAS A LIFE! This game is basically like living your life except while you're playing you are laying on a sofa wasting time instead OF ACTUALLY GOING TO A SUSHI BAR OR PLAYING BASKETBALL IN THE PARK WITH YOUR FRIENDS...so this is good if you are stuck on a carride or plane or boat or train ride for a long trip..otherwise it's for people who don't have a life or kids who are sick.

TEDIOUS, ADDICTIVE, and somewhat fun.

Playing this game seems more like a chore at times than fun. The game would be much more fun if you didn't have to keep taking a nap and bathroom/shower breaks every few minutes. It gets addictive and you will spend huge amounts of time performing tiny amounts of in game activity.

If you have lots of time and don't mind tedious games... then have at it!

It was a bit too tedious and repetitive for my taste.

Much easier

This game is MUCH easier to navigate through than Sims Bustin Out. I love how you can have the map up WHILE you are running through town. You can pause whenenver you want to review your missions, popularity, inventory, etc.
I love how you can trade in 3 beads for special rewards like $10,000 or keeping hunger from degrading as fast.
The touch pad makes conversing with other people much much faster. It is really easy to build up popularity in this game.
I love how you can take college courses in this game to give you skill points, instead of grinding hours reading a book.
The jobs are easy to get promoted in. You can earn money lots of different ways (by recycling, making wood carvings, etc).
All in all, this is an excellent game to anyone who likes mini-games or The Sims.

Pretty Fun

Unlike the Sims game for PC,you actually have missions, can free-roam, and actually experiance your job. The better you do at activities such as window cleaning, basketball shooting, motorcycle riding, the bigger your pay. Clothes and character customazation are limited, but it wont matter long term. The aspect of needs is the same: social, hunger, bathing, etc. Its actually very intulectual at times,if you have focusing problems, you might not keep attention. There are about 20 buyable houses/places through out the game. Overall its worth the money. Its also very parent-oriented,no sex or violence at all in it. Its a great game, have fun with it.

Nintendo DS is supposed to have better graphics...

But you'ld never know it from looking at this game! The Urbz for Nintendo DS is nothing but the GBA version with the feature of having the screen on the bottom available. That is my complaint with this game.

Otherwise it's basically The Sims Bustin Out for GBA re-done for a big city. I still am enjoying the game, as it gives me something else to play on my DS, but I've found the game play hasn't changed all that much from the previous game.

If you're a new DS owner and you're looking for a game to take advantage of all the DS's power, I would suggest you look elsewhere in the limited selection of games for the DS. If you're a Sims Platform fan, you'll enjoy having the ability to take your Sims on the road much easier then you could before.

Highly addictive, and fun

This is the most best game for the Nintendo DS. I got it for xmas. First you start off as a janitor working in the King Tower. Your boss is a janitor named Kris Thistle. you get promoted in your job, then get fired. You can buy a home, and pay rent like you do in real life. You have motives. one is to eat if you dont eat you pass out. Also there is the hygiene motive. Then there is the sleep motive. If you dont sleep you end up sleeping in the street which makes your comfort level zero. The most annoying motive is the bathroom motive. if you dont use the bathroom you end up peeing on the floor. Then you get sent to jail. A good tip is to do time. After you sleep you get let out. Dont pay the one hundred dollar fine. When you get to the club xizzle door, for the code enter "bucket". This game is very addictive. The only thing i dont like about this game is that if one of your motives are very low, you cant talk to other people. if you intend on getting a DS, i reccomend getting The Urbz: Sims in the City. Now Im a huge Sims fan. Im actually 13 but i forgot my password, so i had to use the kids review form.

The Urbz is even better than The Sims Bustin' Out! It's really fun and you can do many things. There are six levels per six missions and you're supposed to stop Daddy BigBucks from taking over the city and making everyone pay for everything.

Good Time-Passer

It doesn't use the full power of the DS... however I must say that this, like "Bustin' Out" is a very addictive game that is great for anytime you feel like sitting and relaxing. No stress! One of the great features is that you don't need to worry about sitting in the perfect position you're sitting in... or how you're gripping the thing.

It's not a hardcore type game, in the sense that it's not for those of us who enjoy a tense, thought out game... truth is, it's just a load of fun and nothin' else. Get this game if you love to just have fun.
