Ninja Gaiden was one of the best games on the Xbox. It was hard, but had great variety in combat and puzzle solving and it was beautiful as well. If you never played Ninja Gaiden on the Xbox, then I highly recommend getting Ninja Gaiden Sigma. It is a nicely updated version of the game with better graphics and a few twists in gameplay. However, if you've played the Xbox version, then I don't think this version is justified. It is just too similar. I would wait for the true sequel, Ninja Gaiden 2, which should come out in the next year.
The first must own PS3 title

Ninja Gaiden Sigma offers loads of fun and excitement with blistering fast gameplay that never lets up. The entirely adventure runs anywhere from 9 to 12 hours and has plenty of replay value. My only problems with the title are its rather null visuals that are subpar to what other PS3/Xbox360 games look like. However, gameplay is what succeeds and works to a charm. I consider this to be the ninja version of God of War.

This game is as good as it gets, great graphics, lengthy campaign and a difficulty that makes it even longer. Good replay value as you unlock even more hard missions on completion. The story is kinda weak but acceptable for this type of game (beat 'm up) as it gives you an excuse to take it to a large variety of enemies with truly different weapon types.
Love it!

This game is just plain fun! There are so many things you can do in this game. I love the fact that you have total control of ninja and all the moves that a ninja can do. The moves are not very complicated either. The story line could be considered lame, but the fun factor of the game overshadows the "lameness" of the storyline. If you love an action game with a lot of sword fighting and blood, then this game is for you. Thanks!!!
Ninja-riffic fun, stunning graphics!

The best part of this game is the amazing graphics, which look spectacular in HD. The gameplay is pretty good, except for the occasional awkwardness of the camera angles. The bosses can tend to be tough at times, but that's why they're bosses.
All in all, this is a fun game to play, I definitely recommend it.

I appreciate the lower difficulty setting on this version, but you're still in for a challenge; Breathtaking graphics and fluid combat make this game a ton of fun to play, though near the end things get alot tougher. The level detail and character models/movements are at most times 'movie-like', and while some combo moves can be complicated, they never seem out of reach. Even non-fans of this genre would find something to drool over here; Sigma delivers the whole package, and then some. The camera takes a little getting used to, but it's a minor flaw to me....
