I have had this game since it came out and I am still stuck on teh Quidditch match. I think it has something to do with my computer because everytime I am close I end up dying. So up until that time this game is fun but once I get there I think I spent 5 months on it and finally gave up! My nephew plays it now and he just like to play for fun. He is actually good at the begining of the game for a 5 year old. If you are thinking of this game is is definately worth the money it is now. I think you will have fun playing it.

Harry- Potter 1 RULES! I mean, for a wonderful week, that's all I'd play! So don't listen to my brother, Bob Gelhar, he lies! This Game does not lie when it means FUN! 3D Hogwarts is cool, everything is cool, and it isn't a rip off! Cheap, fun, like every game should be. Remember, ignore my brother!

I don't mean to be rude but this game is kinda bad. The graphics are blurry and the levels are pretty hard.If you don't like challenges, I recommend some other toy. I liked Chamber of Secrets for PC more.

This game is REALLY EASY!
The pros are: good puzzles, funny stuff, tense moments.
The cons are: quidditch can be improved, requires better graphics, almost anything can hurt you, some important parts were removed and IT'S JUST TO EASY!
Great for Jr. HP fans!

My child loved the music, spell casting, and best of all...quiddich! Before buying, you should know that this isn't much more than a run, jump, cast a spell, get a bean kind of game. Some levels are a tiny bit difficult, as you need to jump Harry around to get what he is questing for. As a big Kings Quest type game fan, this is a little disappointing. But, it gives kids something "Harry" to do while waiting for the next book!

It seems to me that Electronic Arts tried way way too hard to get this game out before Christmas 2001, and the game itself shows it. The 3D graphics, as said before, are very primitive, and in many cases are extremely poor done - objects come in and out of walls, if you walk too far around some objects, they disappear, etc. The game also comes with no instruction guide, so you have to figure out some very weird key combinations for yourself. Overall, I'd have to say that Harry Potter failed as a good game, and I think I'll stick with the old but well-put together graphics of Doom.

My six year old daughter and I play this game daily since she got it for Christmas. I would not reccomend buying it for your children aged 6-7 if you yourself are not able to play with them. There are some very difficult areas that give me a work out at the controls. Even with me running it, she loves every minute! A great game for us to play together!

Excellent game for the price. Kids love it, keeps them busy for hours in a non-violent environment. Plus it's fun for the grown-ups to look at. Plenty of eye candy and easy to play.
Every bit as good as a console type of video game!
They should make a Mac version too.

My son and I really enjoy this game. We are, of course, big Harry Potter fans. I have to say, though, when I first installed this game on my 2-year-old PC, I had some problems. I'm no computer guru, but thru some luck, some trial and error, and reading directions, I finally finagled the game to work in something called "software rendering." I may have had problems connected with the video card in my computer. Now that it's installed, my son is hooked and when I watch him play it, I get hooked, too. Beautiful graphics and nice music. And all our beloved HP characters.
It's a pretty good game!

This game is very good for Harry Potter fans. I am a Harry Potter fan myself. When I saw this game online I bought it instantly.It turn out to be a pretty good game but the graphics is not that good. Another thing is that Ron and Hemione doesn't stay with you a lot you mostly go by yourself. The game gets harder and harder like when you get chase by a troll or attend lessons. Overall the game is pretty good. I recomend it.
