When I first got EE (Empire Earth) I thought it was just like Age of Empires. Oh, no it wasn't! Age of Empires graphics, compared to EE's, stink.
List of great things in EE:
1) Graphics
2) Load Times, Save Times
3) 14 Epochs
4) Multiplayer
5) Control of your Civ
6) The box the came comes in can be recycled! (lol)
The very BEST RTS game played so far

Empire Earth is an unparalelled RTS game...
I'd always thought Age of Kings was superb but I hadn't known EE.
The idea of rising a Civilization from the stone age to the digital era is astonishing and allows you play through out all available eras with their own peculiarities.
Graphics are excelent and you can zoom in to view personal details such as outfit of troops or tiles of building roof.
You can customize your own civilization or play default Civs such as Ancient Greeks, Babilonians or Germans...
I've spent the whole past weekend playing it over and over again.
It's 100% addictive...
If you loved AOK you'd adore Empire Earth. Guaranteed
Not bad, gets old after awhile

Like anyone else, I looked at the back of the box and was stunned by the graphics. All-n-all, this game does has its perks, but to me the game goes way too quick and changes civilizations way too soon. I know you can adjust the settings and all, but it just seems that the computer will be all over you if you decide to upgrade your fighters, buildings and what not. A little too complex if you'd ask me. What disappointed me the most was the fact that your character-fighters could be upgraded, with better armor or weapons. Sounds good, but this takes a lot of time away and you must remember to do so. It's just like Warcraft, Comand and Conquer, and Age of Empires. I guess if you like these types of games and can play them without getting too bored too quick, it could be a good buy. I'm just glad it was given to me as a gift and not from my pocket. What a girlfriend I have!

First off i want to say i liked this game far more than age of empires 2. Empire earth is fast paced- and not only covers large age spans, but you can choose which ages you want to play in.
From cavemen to F-22 fighter jets -- you can't get any better than that.
The computer AI is VERY VERY challenging, but annoying at times. The art, music, sounds are excellent.
The replay value is decent. My only complaint is the multiplayer needed some serious work, thus brining the expansion. The expansion is said to fix this greatly in additon to some additonal units and ages / epoches to play in.
OVERALL:
It's definately one of the best strategy, RTS games out there, GO BUY IT TODAY!!
Not the greatest

Empire Earth is a really entertaining game but lacks realism. There is no diplomacy at all, when you send tributes there is no response, and there is never a change of sides. This game ought to be like an RTS version of Civilization 3...that'd be nice.
Awesome

It is a very long time that we buy a PC game and find there is a BIG menu and details untis poster included. If Flight Simulator 2002 included a printed BIG menu, I will surely buy it.
Of course, the CD-ROM itself is all you have to own. But why not a beauty box and a colour-printed menu?
Enjoy it!
The Best RTS game on the market.

Outstanding!Marvelous!A masterpiece!
Are some of the name given to Empire Earth
and they are very true. EE has proved to be the best
RTS in the market right now.Let Me explain why:
14 epochs spanning 100,000 years of history.
Campaigns
Perfect Multiplayer mode.
Skirmish Mode
3D and the ability to zoom all up to see the heat of the battle.
But this game ha its cons too.
Dont even try to play the game in a pc below the minnimun
system requierements.
The fact that the game has 14 epochs make this game not so detailed on the specific age you are playing.
Let me explain the game:this game is about making a strong civilization and defeating the others, this gameis like a mix of AOE(Age of empires)and civilization. You can play starting from the dark age all the way up to the nano age.
So What are you waiting for go out And buy it!!!!
