I don't care if you are a novice gamer, a weak gamer, gamer with poor taste, half blind gamer, have no discretion or discernment this game is totally rock'n awesome! Some don't know a good game when they see it but there's no mistaking one like this. I have played every single C&C game made so far and none disappoint, and that's a fact! Even for those who, like I said before, don't know a good one when they come across it. Tiberian Sun is so detailed and graphically amazing anyone who says they don't like it either never tried it or have an alterior motive, call me on this, I'll prove it. Yes, I do defend all the games that are far ahead of their time yet don't get due respect, especially if a goof gamer tries to run them down. I've noticed that a lot of people run down certain games b/c they aren't good enough to play them or smart enough and that's fine, everybody has their own style and strengths but don't trash a game just b/c you're no good. Don't listen to those in opposition to TS, it is worth whatever it takes to get and play. This is a strategy game that got me addicted to strategy games. The only problem I have with this one is that WS didn't create a sequel.

I'm a die hard Blizzard fan and for all of my knowlege, Starcraft is the best game for the pc, EVER, PERIOD. When I saw Tiberian sun for the first time it seemed as if they were trying to convince people that when you rip-off a well known software company (Blizzard in this case) you get an awesome game. However I DIDN'T think the same. For a while i HATED the thing. But like many games I start out hating, it eventualy becomes one of my favorite games. This game is actually one of the only games i play now (behind Starcraft) while I wait lustfully for C&C generals. anyway, unlike what some people say it doesn't need to be like all good games with upgrades and such. And only having 2 races with slightly idetical troops is kind of a refreshing break from all thr sci-fi stuff. In my mind it's more like REAL, down to present day/near futureish combat. It's actually one of the ost unique games i've played that isn't horrible beyond belief Though it isn't THAT good of a game, i still give it 4 stars and any1 who thinks otherwise should just keep playing it until thay start to like it.

I like it less than Red Alert

I thought Red Alert was a pretty fun game. This was just a clone of red alert though. The people that make C&C need to come up with some more ideas. All the C&C games are exactly the same. I didn't like Red Alert to start with so Tiberian Sun has to be worse.

Well, if you have Red Alert 2 - or are trying to get into the C&C world - this is not where you need to go. Red Alert 2 is WAY better. As for TS - its repetative, meaning once you beat both clans (you are one, or the other - and thats IT) missions (if you bother) you will probably never play it again. There are no add ons worth a darn, there are no special units to get excited over...its confusing, its slow, it has silly premesis behind it, and- its just no fun...PS: I have been told to stay away from GENERALS too - RA2 forever!

I bought this game about 1 year ago and it was pretty good. It is a bit hard to learn hence the weird names of buildings and units. Other than that it is very good. The graphics are really good considering the time it came out. The controls are really easy to learn and remember. Once you are engaged in combat with the computer or a friend on the internet you'll never want to stop playing. Once you start, you wont stop.

I've been waiting so long for the release, i can't wait when it finally comes out! it's going to be the best RTS ever, if u ask me. Awesome graphics, hundreds of new units and structures, and improved AI!(thank God)

This is just another great sequel to a great game, the original, the best, C&C. It be just as great as the classic, but it will be more enjoyable to play!!!

Suprise, suprise.....another game out that is ANOTHER command and CONQUER game. Has anyone heard of the hundreds of doom clones. I like C&C as much as the next gammer,but unless there is a major difference as far as the gameplay goes and a HUNDRED more weapons to chose from, this game is deffinetly of my shopping list!

This game has a huge amount of features that no one knows about! If you want to know visit the fan sites. There are upgrades on structure(like very small structures that you place ON buildings) Rough terrain will damage 'copters that land on it and slow down vehicles. There are hardly any actual 'tanks' in the game and some very cool features. Full stars, or on my scale 270/300. (No game has ever scored 250 before T.S.)
