Yuri has his own game

Yuri is the bad guy in this game. I do wish you can use his army to win the whole but you can only pick the American or the Soviet Union. The only way you can shoose to be Yuri's army is playing the skirmish game, those are just parctices. Their's no two seperate disc. I wish the story line in this game was a bit longer just like the (Red Alert 2) game. The Russions have a new sidekick name Boris, he can call an air strike by point a red lazer at a target when it turns red the air craft comes and hit's it plus he is a fast shooter with his machine gun. I really love fighting in Egypt if you distroy the pyramids a walking mummy comes out. In Hollywood celebrities will help you fight the enemy. The part I thought was most cool is this giant machine that Yuri uses to mind control people once it do that the computer will show Yuri's face with him saying "be one with Yuri".

The best I have played without doubt !!!!!

THis game is my favorite!!!!!!!!!!!!It has prism tanks ,acopylcse tanks,snopers,battle fortresses,chrono legenairres,terror drones,mind control,brutes,spies,boris and kirov airships!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The campaignes are a bit short but the skirmishes make up for it.I just love the team allience!!!!In that u have allies near your base and they help u figt against the AI.I GOT IT 5 MONTHS AGO AND PLAYING DAILY I STILL HAVE'NT GOT BORED OF IT.SO BUY IT.

I got command and conquer (the original) when I first saw it at my friends house a few years ago. I had never once played a strategy game or even seen one before I saw him playing it. It didnt look that great at first but then he let me play. Ever since then i have been hooked on many strategy games such as the C&C series, Starcraft, and Kingdom Under Fire. When Red Alert 2 came out i was real exited. I got it the day it came out ignoring a friends suggestion to wait till it went down in price. I played the game an awful lot and got hooked on it and its unique and detailed graphics. I should of known they would make an expansion pack and here we are. Im sure it will be a hit with new units for allied and soviet, alond with a 3rd team. And of course me and many others cant wait to see tanya again in many new movies.

I didn't think they could pull it off, but Westwood has crammed hundreds of awesome unusual things into the best game, making it even better. Yuri's revenge is a must have for RA2 fans, C&C fans, and just lovers of intense strategically action.

If you liked RA2 you love Yuris Revenge

Yuri Revenge is one of the better made expantion. It not only give you move missons for the Alise and the soveits but you can play as yuri there is not campain for yuri but it the most fun in mutiPlayer this game will eat up a lot of time. There are also new unit for both side. Playing as yuri is not like playing any other your ore refinery can be pack up end move you don't use harrestes WHY? you have slave and the grinder Choping people up to make money how nice. Hope this help some.

Red Alert 2 Expansion Pack...

The Red Alert Expansion pack is pretty cool. you can have Yuri Primes and such which means.... You can take over the whole. You have no use for tanks and infantry anymore, except for escorts, etc

gave me more of everything I LOVED about Red Alert 2 and then some! Yuri is hysterical and the game play is awesome. Keep it up Westwood.

The game play is great, however, the missions take to long to load up. I have a high end pIII with 384 mgs of ram and when I play RA2 the games come up in about 7-12 seconds of loading. once I added the expansion pack just to get to the main menu takes 7 minutes and the intro movie doesn't even play unless you go to the menu to play it. I like the game when I start it up it takes an average of 15-20 minutes total before I'm actually playing. I don't know what is wrong with it as I have plenty of system resources. Multiplayer doesn't work because of the long load times. one or two of the single player missions I actually finished in less time than it took to load them. Once the mission is loaded the gameplay is great but I shouldn't have to
do something else while waiting for it to load up before I can play.

I just finished the game it is great I found a fix for the slow load problem so I thought I would add it here to help others.
if you have multiple cd drives on your system then you must for some reason have a cd in each drive so it will only load up the expansion pack westwood says that it should be one of the RA2 disks, however, any cd even a blank one will work fine.

I'd give the game a 5 but before I found that workaround it took me way too long to play the allied side.

This is a great expansion pack for a great game. The story line plugs into the story line from RA2. You can be the allies or soviets. Theres a few missons where you go back to missions from original RA2 and be the soviets in that battle instead of the allies. Some of the new vehicles are cool and Yuri's troops and structures are strange, but cool. If you like RA or RA2 this is for you.

An awsome expansion to the original. The added Yuri side is well thought out. Additions to Allied and Soviet are good too, right down to the new "responses" when selecting a unit.

The only problem I had was that I found the game to be quite slow, especially when playing multi-player games. Yuri allows for more players to do battle, but the game slows WAY down if you exceed even four.

Hope they fix this problem!! It's a great game!
