This is sound science and is a useful tool to keep memory sharp and mental skills at a high level. my only complaint is that the nintendo DS lite that I purchased as a gift came with the case and .... yes Brain Age 2. I've got an extra, unopened. Any body need it?

Brain training is great. The more you train, the more options you're given to play.

I can't keep it in my DS. The kids are always borrowing it and they have their own game to play.

Nintendo DS was a 12/06 Christmas gift and originally loaded w/Brain Age 1. Have worked w/Brain Age 2 since Christmas '07 and thoroughly enjoy it. More creative testing/training modules and all the requisite Sudoku puzzles as well. Great fun on cold winter evenings!!!

My mom and I share this game. We had BA1 and both really liked it and played it a lot - almost every day. The newer version is basically an extension of BA1. The games in it are different, but based on the same concepts. The new games are an improvement of the earlier version. I would recommend this update to anyone who enjoyed BA1.
Wonderful Exercise for the Brain. I love it!

I am a senior citizen, and the variety of challenges really make you think. It is well worth the investment for anyone wanting to keep their mind active and alert. And it's fun, too. I highly recommend it.

THE ONLY DOWN SIDE IS THAT WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO WRITE AS FAST AS POSSIBLE 6'S ARE RECOGNIZED AS 4'S...I HAVE A HARD TIME WHEN I WRITE MY 6'S SO MAKE SURE YOU WRITE 6 SLOWLY! AND DS ALSO HAS A HARD TIME RECOGNIZING MY VOICE FOR ONE OF THE TRAININGS..I WENT FROM 83 TO 43 IN A WEEK..I REALLY ENJOY IT! AND HAS SO MANY SODUKO GAMES!!
Very entertaining and educational.

I purchased this together with the Nintendo DS system for my daughter. She really enjoys this game. Everyone in the house has tried it and found it very entertaining. Would recommend this game to anyone who is trying to improve their mental prowess.
