Love it. Very challenging puzzles, great way to pass the time. Definitely notice faster reaction time in my ability to perform basic calculations or make logical connections between arguments. Originally skeptical that games like these would improve my cognitive abilities...
Addictive!

If you liked Brain Age, you'll love Brain Age 2. New games and new challenges for the brain....just as frustrating as the original Brain Age!

My 9 year old loves playing his brain age and I don't mind letting him. I like that he is learning rather than just playing shoot-em ups.

FUN! FUN! FUN! I can't recommend this game enough... it's a great thing to have around when you've got a lot of time to spare because you don't want to put it down.
Some games could actually be useful!

I bought brainage 2 for myself and my kids. I had heard the ads on FM radio about how we could all be slowly losing memory and how something can be done about it. This is where Brain Age 2: More Training in Minutes a Day game was recommended as a solution. I decided to give it a try. Since then all in my family have tried this and loved it. It lets you create your profile and starts with a assessment test. The test mostly had math questions and at the end would give your age as it thinks based on your performance in the test. The lower the brain age you get the better off you are. Once all of us had our initial ages evaluated the next step was to get in practice mode. We noticed significant improvement in subsequent assessment tests. I am very happy with the product. This gives something else to my kid beyond run-of-the-mill car races. They get entertained as well as improve their memory and math skills. I highly recommend it for all ages.
Great for 15 minutes a day

I think this is a great game and keeps your memory and thinking going.
The program has some trouble recognizing the + sign I use for the quick math and often turns it into another symbol. Since I can read music and play the piano somewhat already, the music portion is super easy. I also love the daily sudoku. Overall a very fine game.
If you like BrainAge 1, you'll enjoy the sequel.....

I've enjoyed the challenges and found that BrainAge 2 help make "training" fun. Head to head play is better but limited to just three games. It would be nice to carry over the data from the first game.
Fantastic. My family loves it.

Just as advertised it is a nice collection of tasks which force you to concentrate, remember, and think.
It does seem a bit slanted against you if you're like me and don't spell well. That said there are certainly several math based tasks which will probably frustrate those poor at mental math.
Several tasks are just incredibly difficult. Some tasks are easy to score the max possible value on while others are very difficult to do at all. I find this discourages me from doing those tasks which are harder which is probably exactly the opposite of what I should do.
The brain age test chooses several random tasks which can dramatically alter the outcome from day to day.
All said it is well worth the cost and gets the mental gears turning in ways they might not during your day to day grind.
Great game

I can not tell you what a great game this is. I had a cerebral aneurysm in 2001 and I'm not the person I was but am hoping to be. Games like this really help me!
