I bought this for my son's 7th birthday and he's already lost interest in it. But I think it's a very cool game that he will pick up later, he's possibly a little young for it? The graphics on it are good and it has lots of room to grow. So, I'd still recommend it.

This is one of the BEST simulation games available. Everything said is true and it is fun to play for hours and hours. Just ONE small problem or 'glich'... How can an animal born in the ZOO die of 'old age', when he/she is only two years old??? Gorilla's live to be 40-50 years old, Lions 12-15 years old, Elephants 50-60 years old, etc. I don't understand. Otherwise a super game!

This game is a big success. I like to learn real facts about the animals, what they eat, how they live, and what kind of environment they live in. It's really fun making the zoo, adding structures that make money, and putting the animals in their cages. I think you will love this game. I can do it better than my mom.

This is a fun game but the animals can be very picky. Sometimes it's hard to understand what they want and they change their minds quickly so you can't really satisfy their needs. This can become frustrating when trying to build a zoo. First they want Savannah grass, then when you give it to them, they don't want it. The fact that you buy the animals young is fun. The dinosaurs hatch from eggs and this is also a lot of fun. Also, the marine animals can perform in shows which is positive feature. Overall, I'm glad I bought it and I play it maybe twice a week or more.

This game is AWESOME!!! You can do anything make T-Rex's, cheetas, whales, anything!!! You just have to build a good park.

I have this game and it's soooooooooo cool.The only thing that is annoying about it is that the exibits are sometimes hard.

I bought this collection for my sons birthday last year and he and I fight over who gets to play it next. It is really addictive and you have to watch about playing, you can be on there for hours and is not a good thing for young childrens eye's but I consider it really educational and fun. Everyone should own this software.

First of all, this game is great before you even play it, because of the fact it comes with the original Zoo Tycoon as well as both expansion packs all rolled into one, for a cheaper price than buying them all seperately, and you even get some bonus content thrown into the mix as well! This said, you now have even more hours of gametime on your hands running a zoo with dinos, marine animals, the original Zoo Tycoon animals, and all the bonus animals and objects. You can spend every waking moment creating the ultimate zoo with this game, then after much toil enjoy the fruits of your labour: everything from sitting back and watching an Orca perform your carefully planned show, or just watching gazelles run around and do their little happy hopping, or, just for plain good, cruel and inhumane fun, drop a guest who's ticked off at your zoo (even after all your hard work) into a T-rex enclosure. (Hehehe, not that I've ever done that). Anyway, I highly recommend this game. P.S Don't forget to watch for Zoo Tycoon 2 comin' in full 3-D I might add! (I'm gettin myself when it comes out).

I`d give it 10 stars!

I love this game! I like making orca shows,dolphin shows,and other shows. I like to make cages with animals that are endangered! The pandas are my favorite animal. You can even research tricks and animals. On the website, zootycoon.com, they`ve got tricks on getting more money and more.

If you make a zoo and want to make it perfect, heres what to do.

*Double your paths.

*Always make food and drinks stands, also a bathroom for guest.

*Never and I mean never, delete your fences from your exhibits. (Guest will run and scream because the animals will attack).

Also make sure your exhibits are always suitable (To see some suggestions, click an animal and click the picture of a zoo-keeper, marine specialists, or a scientist).
