I have every sims expansion pack (minus the little add-in programs like Holiday stuff, etc). It's pretty cool, the animation for the animals is unbelieveable. One disappointment is that there are only a few select animals to choose from and you have no control over the animals. Does make is more realistic though

The expansion pack works perfectly with the other SIMS packages.

I am a bit biased, since I love anything having to do with the Sims, and Sims2, but I was so glad to see pets added to the game! And they're so cute!!! It's a great EP!

I like to train the dogs, seems very well to me that trainers exist in case I do not know to train the dog. It enchants to me that the dog finds a job and brings money to house. On the other hand, the face of the dogs does not have much face expression and they are generally ugly of face.

If you love animals then this is a very sweet Expansion Pack. If I would have had this Expansion Pack before, I would not of had kids.

I love the pets... my only wish is if the "humans" sleep the pet would too. Makes time move slow... but a resourceful person finds ways around this :)

My son rec'd this for Christmas and spends hours on the computer with it. He just loves it and is very happy with it.

Bought it as a present. Everybody loved it. Excellent quality and fun to play. Would definitely recommend to someone who loves playing SIMS. For some one who is very sensitive about loosing an animal friend look into an option of making them immortal, otherwise they die.

Very good expansion for the Sims 2 game. Not only does it give you pets and pet items but it gives you more decor items and interactions between your sims. I highly recommend this expansion pack. Just make sure before you buy it that your computer can handle the space requirements.
