I bought Tekken 3 earlier of last year, and I was excited to play it. I've heard great things about the game, and that it was way better than Mortal Kombat. And I have to say that I was extrememly impressed and pleased. The graphic and 3-D look that the characters have are very cool. And after each fight, they show the winners final move in slow motion!

Tekken 3 offers other goodies such as Tekken Ball, Tekken Force, and also offers hidden characters. Such as Heihachi, Julia, Ogre, and much more!

I highly recommend this game for everyone who has the Playstation console.

I know, Tekken Tag was like an improvment, but Tekken 3 is just plain out orginal and stuff.
Pros:
PSX orginal graphics never looked so good
very addictive gameplay
Nice soundtrack
Nice selction of charaverts
Beautiful FMVs
Tekken Ball is awsome
Cons:
Game evanually runs out of fun
The game is pretty easy(after playing Tekken Tag on ultra hard all the time)
Where's Lee and Kazuya?

Not many cons, so it's definitly a must buy for any fan of fighting games.

Tekken 3 may not look like much more than another 3D fighter,but believe me,it is very different from the previous Tekken games and other fighting games.This is a huge improvement over Tekken 1 & 2.The gameplay is addictive and never gets tiresome,plus the controls are perfect.It has tons of fighting moves and combos which never get repeative.Plus,it has many great charecters each with their own unique styles.Its also a great multiplayer game to boot.Buy this game.

I bought Tekken 3 on a whim one day back in '00... & let me tell you... I sure am glad that I did. I had heard from some people that Tekken was a great game, so I decided to try it out. I went to Big-K (K-Mart) in town, & had my mom buy it for me. As soon as I got home I immediately started playing it. I used the blonde chick (Nina), & got my bum kicked a bunch of times before I was finally able to see the ending FMV, which (at the time) didn't make ANY sense at all. After a while though, I got a feel for the game, & was easily able to beat it. My 3 favorite characters are Jin Kazama, Hwoarang, & Ling Xiaoyu. Anyways, the game has amazing graphics, tons of secrets, hip music, stunning backgrounds, exquisite characters, a variety of moves, etc... I can't even begin to tell you how great this game is... you'll just have to buy it for yourself... ^_^

One word for this game: The best PS game ever (Ok, that's five words). This game really is great. I has at least 10 characters (including bonus characters).

Law, Jin, Heihachi ( bonus), King, Hworang, and the first Ogre ( bonus) rock. The True Ogre (bonus) is very weak. And you can play a little dinosaur (bonus) that looks something out of a Mario game or smoething.

Here's a hint: When you play as Heihachi, when in battle press Right Arrow, Square, Left Arrow, Triangle, Circle. You should do his Demon Massacre. Also, to do a double jump kick with Heihachi, press Up Right on the D-pad and then press X, Circle.

To wrap this review up, here are the facts.

I really like this game, it is of my favorite fighting series. It is tons of fun and has good graphics, more realistic gravity than Tekken 2, and excellent FMVs at the end. Tekken Ball is kind of goofy, but fun either way for a bit of variety. Theatre Mode is an excellent addition so that you don't have to beat the game every time you want to see an ending. Great buy!

I for one, think dis game is da best. My friends and i love to play it. It has sooooooo much detail in da graphics. It is very easy to beat. I beated Arcade mode 8 times. My favorite characters are Brian Fury, Gun Jack, Eddy, Anna, Yoshimitsu,Hworonng,Heiachi,Julia,OGre,and fINAL OGer.

Overall, a great game!

Tekken 3 is a great fighter! I have played many, many games, and none have been as good as this. It's got a great diversity of characters, plenty of hidden modes, and enough special attacks to keep you busy all day. The music isn't too bad, although I've heard better, and I doubt you'll hear many people complaining about sound. In fact, the only thing I can complain about is the plot. While the movies look great, only a few of them told a character's story, and none told them very clearly. If you can ignore this fault, however, Tekken 3 is an incredibly good game!

This is a really really really really good game!!!
Especially when you and your Dad plays and you beat his rear end! lol
It's good but the only weakness is that some of the guys are really good and o other guy can beat him. Over all this is a grat game for PS 1 i mean look at the graphics.
