Tekken 3 is the best of fighting games so far ecspecially with characters like Jin and Paul. The combos are off the hook. The power that some of the characters have make them real BEASTS.

this is better than rival schools the best iron fist game , the gameplay and combo moves are far better than any other i DEFINATELY recommend it.

Where is the fireball action?

I love this game. The graphics are excellent and the different fighting moves for every character is astonishing. Why do I give it 4 stars? I did that because there is no fireball action in this game. Don't get me wrong, the kung foo or karate, whatever it is looks awesome, but it gets boring after a while. The closest thing to a fireball is when true ogre can spit fire, but thats it. If you want a really good fighting game with fireball action, get street fighter alpha 3 or street fighter extreme 2.

This ismy favorite fighting game on my P.S. and I should say that I still don'get bored with it...The graphics are obviously developed,, you could notice the polygons are smaller and the characters are more realistic...Although there are bizarre characters (such as Gon, the little dinosaur, they add the fun to this game even though I don't use them that much..Namco should create more of this stuff.

I read a lot of reviews on this game before buying it, so maybe my expectations were a little high. The graphics here are really not that different in quality from X-Men MA2 (actually, the backgrounds in X-Men are more dynamic). The fighting is good here though, and the characters really do have distinct fighting styles that give you quite the challenge in Arcade mode. They also tend to defend themselves more here, so your every kick or punch won't connect like you want it to. If you're buying for a good fighting game, then you shouldn't be disappointed...but if you're buying expecting graphics that are unlike anything you've ever seen before, you may be.

THIS GAME WAS GREAT, AS A MATTER OF FACT, BUT IT'S NOT ALL THAT PEOPLE SAY IT IS. THERE'S SOME NEW CHARACTERS ADDED TO THE GAME AND THE CHARACTERS FROM THE FIRST 2 GAMES HAVE ALL GOTTEN OLDER. THE FIGHTS ARE GREAT, THE NEW AND INVENTIVE MODES [SUCH AS THE ONE WHERE YOU FIGHT OFF GANGS AND STUFF LIKE THAT ON DIFFERENT STAGES] ARE GOOD, AND THE CHARACTERS ARE ALL FUN AND EASY TO USE. TEKKEN FANS WILL LOVE THIS ONE A LOT.

Good for small gatherings...

My friends and I are Tekken Fanatics.. Every since the original Tekken came out. This game has filled my head with fond memories of hauling out the furniture on the front lawn and sitting there from 12pm till well after dark with a cooler full of alcoholic beverages, and 5 of my best friends. To say this is one of the greatest games of all time would be an overstatement but, It is a great game especially for the price now. I have one thing to say 99 hit combo. After mastering this you are a Tekken master.
