I can't remember the last time I had so much fun with a game, except for Goldeneye, or Mariokart 64 (Battle Mode ONLY!!!). The guy who said it's all about the stunt mode is dead on. My thumb still has a callous six years later. Glacier, Glacier, Glacier!!! Good luck on figuring out the move that will get you up to the 60,000 point margin. Buy this game NOW!!!

I rented Wave Race 64 in spring break '97. It was a game that I wanted to get when I first saw the previews of it in Gamepro. I was at my brother's house and we rented it for that week and it wasn't nearly as good as I thought it would be. The graphics and control in it can't be much better, but it fails in every other aspect. The water was the most realistic I had ever seen in a game and the control was real tight and easy to control. But we got tired of playing it after a few rounds and it was too easy to win against the computers. The announcer was also about the worst I had ever heard in a video game. He just says "Cool" and "Ok" over and over again. The replay value is mediocre. The 3 different modes of play will keep it up there, but WaveRace 64 just gets old quick and it's too easy.

If you like racing games such as Jet Moto and other water racing games, you might like WaveRace, but myself, I just wasn't crazy about it.

Wave race was the first game that I ever got. It has an amasing level of realisum. Like most racing games you are adicted to it at first but the glory wares off. With Wave race though though you will always have a special place for it. The two player mode is the best way to play.

This a great racing game, but it is really easy. All that you have to do is try and get past all of the arrows. Some of them say "R" on them, which means "right", and some say "L" on them which means "left". You want to try and go the direction that the arrow says, but if you miss them too many times, than you retire, which means that you can either retry or choose another course. You can try it at a store, but I do not recommend that you just buy it without trying it. Take my word for it, TRY IT FIRST! You may not like it!

at first when you play this game it's very hard to contol,but give yourself about 1 or 2 days you will conquer this game,well at least i did.i really like stunt mode,cause the game tells you how to do tricks and all that,so by that you don't have to look at a book to learn tricks.i love this game even though i don't own it at this time,cause a little puerto rican kid toke it from my ex-girlfriends house.but yes this game is fun and easy to play if you give yourelf a day or 2.for this game being over 3 years old it's very expensive but well worth the ... bucks.

to the idiot who said this game is over and old after one hour of play...have you tried the stunt mode. for all you "gamers" out there, beat 63,000 on glacier and then talk smack. this game was one of the best ever, just ask the eternal blister i still have on my left thumb five years later.

Not that often, video games can really be very strong at the sea. Most of the time, there often misplaced, or even forgotten. Just like most racing games, they all seem to be exactly the same like yesterday's newspaper. In the case of Wave Race, it is a little bit different than meets the eye. Since the late 80's, jet skis became a popular kind of sport at sea. Nevertheless, it continues to inspire some of the most interesting games ever.

Wave Race 64, was the very first racing game made for the Nintendo 64, in 1996. The game remains a classic, featuring over 8 different race courses by sea. The courses range from a simple pond, to a frozen course called Glacier Bay. As you win each cup, the races get increasingly difficult. Although the game lacks some value, with only four racers to choose from, it still remains a staple for any N64 gamer.

While many people stopped buying Nintendo 64 games for quite a long time, due to the Gamecube, and Playstation 2, it does run up a faster time than most video game that require CD-ROM technology. Get this one, and start wave running away.

Jet sking with the dolphins! Frist off the game is great. The graphics are good, the sound and the gameplay. The cheap price pays off.

This game is pretty fun. My sister was doing the championship mode at expert and she almost beat it. It was fun to watch her. I like how you have to beat certain things to unlock new courses. My favorite course is Marine Fortress because there are a lot of buoys and ramps. My sister's favorite is Drake Lake because she likes the fog and how clear the water is. This game has different levels and modes to keep any player interested for at least an hour. It is good if you don't want to concentrate very much like you would on Zelda or other games. Also, the controls are pretty easy.
