This is not ghost recon, what I don't understand is why are all the great games going into teams of four? Ghost recon 1 was amazing and had 2-3 man teams but now you only have one four man team. In the original rainbow six games you had eight men (which was amazing) now you only have four? Is every military game trying to turn into Socom, i mean you can't make it much more obvious!

I am a first time Ghost Recon player. All the reviews I have read say that the game is much more full of action. Most people say that they liked the original Ghost Recons better.Since this is my first time buying a Ghost Recon game, I like this fast paced gameplay.I bought Conflict Desert Storm 2 a while ago and I'd say that Ghost Recon 2 is a lot like that.Overall the graphics are outstanding! The character's mouth actually moved to the words he was saying. The weapon selection was good too.The controlls to play can be learned quickly but the comands are hard to memorize. This problem can be fixed simplyby using an Xbox Live comunicators headset.Just yell out the command! If you are a first time Ghost Recon player, this is the game for you.

This game is really fun. you get weapons, you can unlock cool bonus features and it would be #5 stars if it had more realistic action and blood.

To start off with I think that this game was ok but there were things that I didn't like , one of them is the stratagy wasn't all that good , you can't even control them by telling them to cover right flank or left. But to say that the weapons are great, and the equipment is great to. The levels arn't all that bad, at least their not too long. But I still say that this game is still good there are things that still need apovement and need to make levels harder or more thinking levels.
Thanks J. Gunn
Okay game, but could be better.

This game was really fun to play, but only the full experience can be fulfilled by the multiplayer xbox live. Talking to each other and fighting against each other was the best way to get the full experience out of the game. The single player campaigns were too boring and very challenging.
All the weapons and equipment in the game were very well detailed and there was a whole lot of variety of equipment you can use.
The video game is worth playing a lot of, but not worth the fifty dollars or whatever is going for now.
Unpolished, Unsatisfied overall

I bought Ghost Recon II with the expectation that it would be more fun and a good tactical change from Halo 2. It is very fun when I get into each game but I have a very long list of comlaints too.
1. The menu system SUCKS!!! It changes depending on what your are doing, Online/Offline, Ingame/Outofgame and so on...
2. It takes for FREAKIN EVER to get into a game unless you do the quick game mode and then more than half the time it throws you into a room with a whole bunch of clan members who immediatley cuss you out and boot you for daring to interupt their game setup.
3. When you do a search for a game and you get the list it is almost always at least two to three minutes behind so whatever you choose don't pick the logical choice, the game still in SETUP because by the time you get into the room it will be 1:30 to 4:00 minutes into the session
4. Network trouble!!! happens all the time, I can't connect to my friends in the same small town ever! (Different ISPs: QWEST & Cable One)
5. Just seems unpolished on my big screen compared to Halo or Halo 2. Graphics almost always very pixelated on intro movie. ( Tried on multiple xboxes with mulitple game discs on different tv's in different locations and they all do the pixelation thing! )
Fix it for GR3 on the XBOX 360, PLEASE!!! Or else take Tom Clancy's name off of it. His books are quality at least.
Great Game, but please learn the basics

Now, I love this game on LIVE, and the first mission is the funnest, in my opinion. everybody who says it sucks, can go do just that. And Rhodes, Hold "Y"! Anyway, it is a good game, but the snipers are terrible. They are slow to aim, and they are patheticly weak. The only way you can get a kill is if some one is standing still and you get them in the head. Ubisoft, we want out 1-hit kills back! I recently watched the trailer and was amazed. How did they get from that sweet-looking futuristic HUD to this one? Oh, well, it doesn't matter. I agree that there are lag and Red X problems, but I'm assuming the red X is the black screen saying there is a problem with the game disk and you need to reset the xbox. One thing I hate about GR2 is that when you attempt to join a friends gamne, it'll say the game is canceled, unavailable, there are network problems, etc. When you are one of the lucky ones, or at least for me, who can join the game, it takes you back to the profile selection screen, and once you selct the profile, you wait for 5 seconds, feeling extremely bored, as you wait to join the game or get the bad news. so, for GR3, i would like 2 things, the old snipers back, and more user-friendly LIVE. More like, as some immature 11-year-olds call it, "Gaylo 2". Thank you for your time.

Picture this that you are out in North Korea trying to save one of your team mates and if you don't get to him fast enough he will get shot.
This has great graphics because when the people talk there mouth moves. Also the guns look like they are real. The army tank on the game, when you aim your rocket launcher and shoot at it looks like it really blows up.
This game is better than the first because the graphics are better and on the first you can't control your people they just follow you. Also you die too easy on the first .The second one you don't die as easy because you wearing a vest which if you get shot it won't hurt as bad as you really get shot.
The second game there isn't a lot of missions. The first one there is lots of missions and they are easy because you just go after someone and kill then you beat the mission. The second one you have to do allot more to beat the mission.
The second game you can go to the main menu and you go to extra and unlock pictures of the person you play with and your teammates. Also when you beat missions you unlock points to unlock things. Picture that you were out in North Korea
Over all I would give Ghost Recon. I would give this game a 10 out of a 10. This game is awesome for teenagers or adults.
Horrible

Let's put forward the facts now. I may not know the "true" greatness of Tom Clancy because his only game I like is Chaos Theory. The graphics for Ghost Recon 2 are outstanding. The sound and music also rock. But here comes the bad part. For one thing, I despise this one-shot-kill thng. It makes the game impossible and totally unfun. You have very few weapon selections, and can't pick up the enemies'. Multiplayer is no fun at all. If you give orders to your squad via your Xbox Live headset, they'll usually do the wrong thing. Don't bother with this awful part of the series. Go pick up Summit Strike instead.
