this is the best game ever,even better than halo2.admit it people halo2 sucks ass.get it before its too late.its bieng rated AO and bieng pull out of stores.i already have so hahahaha

Between July and August, GTA San Andreas was taken of the store shelves for some "Bean experiment gone wrong" problem that enables players to use a mod known as "Hot Coffee" to make Carl Johnson(The main character of GTA San Andreas) have sex with his girlfriend. Although no genitals are exposed, you could see the girl's nipples. Since it got an AO rating, a rating most stores don't sell(since AO is equivalent to the movie rating X), nobody can buy it anymore except for ebay. Rockstar decided to patch the modification and make it have an M rating again so people could still buy it. Although they did the right thing, the GTA series is still a violent,innapropriate, and sick game. You kill old ladies, civilians, and police. There is a lot of sex, blood and gore, violence, strong language, sexual theme, drugs and alchohal, and suggestive themes that makes this game still innapropriate even with the patch. If you have children, keep them far, and I mean really far away from this monster. Even if you don't have kids, don't buy it. Nobody should be playing it at all, your age being 71, 13, 9, 43, or 28. This game truly is sick and is a monster. It teaches kids the opposite of good and to do bad. Heck, probably it even teaches adults that. So if you're looking for a game for adults, buy games from the Halo series, Doom series, the Resident Evil series, or Half Life series. If you're a teenager, buy games from the Jak and Daxer series, Ratchet and Clank series, the Halo series, or the Socom Series. If You're a kid, I reccomend games from the Super Mario Series, The Legend of Zelda series, or the Metroid Series. Well, that's my review. Hope it was helpful to you all, and for now, happy gameing!

San Andreas was a huge dissapointment for PS2, so I had no idea what to expect when I began it for Xbox. It was a lot of fun, but a lot harder than Vice City for Xbox. In comparison of the two, San Andreas is much more violent and the language is unbearable. I don't necessarily regret buying the game, but if you are looking for a fun game, and don't have Vice City I highly recommend that instead of San Andreas.

The pros of this game are that the city is much larger, many additions to vehicles, and creative original missions that don't get old.

Between the violence and language; and the improvements since Vice City, I would say the game cancels out to be an "ok" game.

This Game is a Platinum Hit for a reason

On July 20th, 2005 The ESRB(Entertainment Software Rating Board) Has Changed The Age Group Rating Of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas From M(Mature17+) To AO(Adults Only 18+) For Complaints Of A Highly Sexual Hidden Minigame That Rockstar Failed To Reveal At The ESRB Review. DO NOT BUY THIS GAME FOR ANYONE UNDER 18 PLEASE. There Have Been Past Incidents Where People Have Killed Police Officers Because Of What They Saw On The Game. First off the auto aim still blows chunks. Good luck when you get into a gun fight with more than 2 enemies. Showpek's review is dead on. It feels like I've played a lot of the mission before...oh yeah vice city.I would recommend this game if you like driving for hours to get from one city to the next, having to dive in the water a few hours just to get you breath status up, having to go to the gym and eat every two seconds gets annoying. For those of you who like bad sequels *cough*Daryl*cough* are mentally retarded clueless gamers that just buy games so their friends think they are cool. The only good thing about this game is that I can use it as a coaster.

I bought this game formy little brother for being promoted to the next grade. when he got it he and i played for hours. The city looks to be about 3 times the size of Vice city. The missions are really awesome i have never played a game this fun since the last installment of this game was out. You got about 100+ vechiles that you can drive (ATV,motorcyles,Airplane,and jetpack)The soundtrack is off-the-chain artist like lench mobb,BBD,Dr Dre,and Ice Cube and much more.Definely the best best out of the GTA series looking forward to the next. (here is a suggestion for the next GTA:Atlantis (Atlanta,Ga)that will take place in the dirty south holls back Rockstar).The only negative thing is the language that is used throughout, the game so not really suitable children under the age 13.

WTf is having to dance and do stupid low-rider crap to music? GTA is supposed to be about fun missions, packakges, rampages, killing people, blowing up stuff....not dancing and low-rider b/s. But i guess they had to make one for all the crack-dealers and such, the ghetto warriors needed one to play too i guess...jesus, just please don't make a sequel to this...and i'm not saying this b/c you are a "gangsta", i'm saying what the hell happened to the old GTA style??? The missions do kind of suck in this one, i still love to play GTA 3 and GTA Vice City on XBOX...but this game ruined the GTA series...i should have known it was gonna be too ghetto-fab. What a waste of $$$...

Wow,why do so many people like such a disgusting game?
I wonder why this game is so adored by millions of fans when it's so horrible! I'm no shrink,but I believe that anyone who actually wants to play this has some sick facination with death!
So why does anyone want to play such a grotesque video game anyway? Well.in my oppinion it's because those who play GTA get a cheap thrill from the thought of harming people!
You may be thinking right now, "but it's just a game." True,but a the types of games that people play often reflect their personalities in real life!!! So what does that tell you about their personalities?!

I dont recomend this game for anyone,why? Because it desencitizes people and makes over-the-top violence more exseptable to them!
I have an idea... Why dont you stop playing games in which you play as a criminal and play a game in which you're something that the world actually needs,but what does the world need,you say? Less criminals and more good guys!

If you want to have fun while playing a game then I recomend playing a good game like, "The legend of zelda" or "Final fantasy" or any other game that doesnt promote bad behavior!
