So Long Crazy Taxi

The graphics on this game area lot better then the graphics on Crazy Taxi. Not that I'm saying Crazy Taxi is a bad game, it's just that the graphics in this game are a lot better. The second thing that was kind of cool in this game was the voices that sound just like in the television show. So beware Crezy Taxi!!!

THis game was good and had surprising bonus characters. THere were many bonus areas, like you could drive through Springfield Elementary and even play as one of theporducers (i won't say). This game is very good, and i have to say that my fave character is Maggie in her stroller.

Fun, but repetitive

I got a gamecube for Christmas and one of the games I got was The Simpsons Road Rage. This was the first game I played on my gamecube and man was it fun! But, within the first hour or two, it got very repetitive. The characters kept saying the same things over and over and over again. It got kind of annoying. Another problem, I beat this game on December 27th, two days after Christmas. And I hardly played The Simpsons Road Rage on Christmas day because i wasn't at home most of Christmas day. But aside from that, this was a truly great game. ... There are so many characters and starting locations to unlock, which actually gives you some motivation to play the game. This wasn't a particularly hard or long game, but it was really fun while it lasted. Basically the goal is to collect 1 million dollars which eventually unlocks all the characters and starting locations. There are basically 4 modes of play, Road Rage Mode, Mission Mode, Sunday Drive, and Head To Head. Road Rage Mode is the main part of the game, where you make money by delivering passengers to their destinations and then receiving money for your service. Then when you have a total of a certain amount of money, you get to either unlock a character or a starting location. Mission Mode totally (...). It is no fun and really stupid. Basically you just drive around and run over certain objects in a limited amount of time. When you complete all ten, you unlock the car built for Homer and you Homer can drive in this from then on. Sunday Drive is basically a practice mode where you get to just pick up passengers and take them to their destinations with no time limit. But, you get no money in this mode. Head To Head is a pretty bad multiplayer mode but it is all that its got. Basically two players are going after the same passenger and whoever gets the passenger to where it wants to go gets $1,000. You can play up to $5,000, $10,000, or $15,000. Another downside is that The Simpsons Road Rage has almost zero replay value. Once you beat it, you have absolutely no reason to play it again. A little advice in getting a lot of cash. Unlock Professor Frink and unlock Springfield Dam. I got $73,000 doing that. Buy this game even if you are not a Simpsons fan. If you are a Simpsons fan, this is a must buy! ...

A Lot Better Than That... Taxi-- thing

This game is not a ripoff of Crazy Taxi. I got Gamecube for my birthday, and this is the first game I got. It's LOADS of fun. It's also alot BETTER than Crazy Taxi. First of all, the people in Crazy Taxi are so ANNOYING. In Road Rage, they don't scream insults at you. Also, they get the idea that you know what you'r doing and don't say things like, "Hey, hey hey, you're goin' the wrong way" in a psychotic southern accent. Plus, if you're a Simpsons fan like I am, this is a great game. And even if you're not, you'll still enjoy it. Plus, there are other things to do in this game besides picking up and dropping off people. You could complete a mission, or just cruise around Springfield. Anyway, this is a great game.

Something to kill the time

A found the "Simpson's Road Rage" to be delightful. It a great game if you just want to kill time and don't want to spend half the day to get from one stage to the next. If your looking for a game that you can play continuous nonstop then this game is not for you. After an hour the game can get a little monotonous. The graphics are average and the premise of the game is same, picks a passenger up and drops them off!

Awsome Game!

The Simpsons Road Rage is totally cool. You can unlock players and race them against a friend. You also crash or can hear the players talking just like they normally would. The game idea is execellent!
