I still HATE the elemental series of Yu-gi -oh games!

Elemental, meaning "Aqua, Pyro, Forest, Wind, Earth, and Thunder.
Also, Shadow, Light, Fiend, and Dreams. I mean, a puny Shadow-type Kuriboh can beat a Light-type mighty Blue-eyes White dragon.
That's not all either, buying a card from the card shop costs a fortune! Deck capacity gets on my nerves,so does the "costs" of
cards too! You may be able to use egyptian god cards like the
"Winged Dragon of Ra (Pheonix Mode)" but trying to keep monsters on the field is infuriating, like boss duelists. SOOO HARD, that if you make 1, just 1 mistake, before you know it, he'll use
"Raigeki" and start going midevil on your life points. Lastly, bosses like Sol Chevalsky, Reshef the Dark Being, and the people in the Hall of Eternity have over 15,000 life points!! But aside from that, it's cool! I got to give Konami their props.
Love the idea, but execution lacks severely

This is a good idea for a game. I got it when it came out. The idea of having a sequel for Sacred Cards is fine. Yet the execution leaves alot to be desired. The starting deck is definitely for beginners and is difficult at first against the more advanced people in the game (Kaiba (if you could duel him straight away), Rebecca (she's a brat anyway), and at first Duke). You can't get decent cards to start with simply because you have to earn the cards. That's fine. If you could walk in with cards like Jinzo in your beginning deck, the game would be beaten in 15 minutes. Card effects are also changed. Along with this garbage about types. Or whatever Konami wants to call it. If you are wanting a game that follows the true TCG rules, this is NOT for you. If you just love Yugioh, then collect it. The cards that come with it are worth the price alone.
it'll be mine soon

I'm getting this game for christmas! Along with a GameBoy Advance SP onyx. I've seen some screenshots and i gotta say I'm impressed. And the promo cards are also great, since I got a Dark Magician deck. I always liked the Yu-Gi-Oh! games and pokemon, but pokemon had something Yu-gi-Oh! didn't, RPG features, but then The Sacred Cards came out, the first Yu-Gi-Oh! game with RPG features, with graphics way better than any Pokemon game. A year later came reshef of destruction the sequel to the Sacred Cards, with better graphics than the Sacred Cards and any Pokemon game. If you're a Yu-Gi-Oh! fan i recommend you buy this. I know I will. Below is my christmas list:
1.- GameBoy Advance SP Onyx
2.- Yu-gi-Oh! reshef of destruction

This game isn't worth the money you'd end up payin' for it. The only real reason to buy this game would be for the promo cards. If you want a real good Yu-Gi-Oh game, get the World Championship Tournament 2004 game.
The most boring and annoying game I've ever played!

I had 60 bucks burning a hole in my pocket and I wanted a game badly. Seeing this was a sequel for Sacred Cards I gave it a try. I bought this along with Rise of Nations for the PC.
15 minutes in I knew this game wasn't going to do any honors to the anime. The dueling is worse in this game than in Sacred Cards. You get no good monsters at the start and at the game shop(owned by Yugi's Gramps) there's no good cards to buy. And without any good cards you can't win easily at duels. Also the cursor has an annoying habit of whirling around the playing field after every time you do a command.
Nearly 30 minutes later I got bored, annoyed and just plain mad that I wasted 30 bucks on a piece of junk. The only good thing that came out of me buying this was I got Rise of Nations as well. So I threw this away and hopped on the computer to play my RTS game.
Don't buy this game unless you're just getting it for the Cards.
The Promo cards are Dark Magician Knight, Knight's Title, Sage's Stone which are fairly good combos to a Dark Magician deck.
THIS GAME [IS BAD] !!!(...)

I got this game the day it came out. I was really excited about it. I got this game in Virginia. We were on our way to Duluth which is an hour away. I opened the game right away and put it straight in my GBA. I played it for about half an hour. The beginning takes 15 minutes by itself. I got so dang bored of this sucky game. So when I was in Duluth I tried to return it but they said I can't return opened products. So I went and traded it in at FuncoLand(GameStop now)for army men sarges hero.
It uses the forbidden memory rules which suck. Even their cards are different. The really good effect cards are just normal monsters. You would be lucky if your deck capacity would even let you put it in the game. You start out with a horrible deck that can't beat anyone. Not even Tristan. And you need to win to get money to either buy cards of pay to import your cards into the game. You can't even put the good cards that you already won from some one because your deck can only have a certain limit of good cards. Even the role playing part sux. They make it so you have to beat that one girl with the teddy bear wanting The Blue Eyes White Dragon and her cards suck but you still don't have enough good cards to beat her ever. Let me refraise that. You don't have any good cards and you probably never will. I know I won't because I will never play it again.
Even their promo cards suck. Who has a Dark Magician Girl any way. If you don't have that card it makes the sage stone worthless. Then who is going to use up room in their deck for a card that makes you offer your Dark Magician to summon the Dark Magician Knight which can only destroy one cards on the field when it is summoned and it can only be summoned by Knight's Title which makes you offer you dak magician.
Do not waste your money on this crappy game. By The world championship tournament game instead for all the newest cards. Or if you wanted to use your cards by worldwide edition but you can only use the first five booster packs. But never by this game or sacred cards. Reshef the destroyer is just a sequel to Sacred cards.Don't waste you money on this horrible game.
If I could I would have rated this game a negitive five out of five.

As I said 2 review's below, this is a really really good game. I'll tell you a quick spoiler.
Once, your custom charactor wakes up and talks to Joey. Joey shows you a really great trick. You then tell him how your deck is. Yugi then comes in, crying. He tells you that the sprits gone. Then you tell Tea. After that, Ishzu comes and tells you. You then explore and you battle this guy for a free ticket to the Duel Express, and when you beat him, go to the train and duel this guy that's NOT guarding the door you came in!!!! After that, you will go to the next car and duel Panik. Beat him and you will go to third class, and final,IF you want, but you don't have to. Then they say that you reached the place and Panik's soul has been tooken away by an oricalcos guard (AKA Guard of The Items: GOTI). I don't know what happends after that and there you go!

From my opinion, this is not a very good game. First of all, the duelists are waaay too easy. 2.You have to pay 1000 zenie in the game to enter a card into the game, if u mess up the numbers you dont get the money back.
