THis game is really bad. im a big sonic game fan. The game could have been sooooooooo much better. You are better off getting any other games like legacy of goku or something like that. The minute i turned this game on i could tell that it was bad. I finally beat the game and i was so glad that the game was over. Its HORRIBLE in all

I bought this game feeling really nostalgic. I was expecting to see something like Sonic 1 or 2, and I was dissapointed. After Sonic 3 already had too much new stuff in it to make it like a true Sonic game, and by Sonic 3d, they had gone to far. Let's just say that this is a similiar situation. Knuckles and Tails were alright, but Amy's just too much. The level design is completely unoriginal, and there's only 6 of them.They do have different kinds of shields, but they're impossible to tell apart. The bosses are weird, but hey. it's a handheld game. It also might be worth mentioning that getting the emeralds is impossible.
Enough about the cons, it did get 3 stars. All the new moves are cool, and make gameplay real interesting. The enemies are challenging, and the obstacles in the levels give the game more replay value. It's really fun playing playing as all three characters (not counting Amy). The game is a lot more fun if you haven't played Sonics 2-Knuckles, but if you have, than it's really not much fun.
To sum up, if you are new to the Sonic thing, you should get this game, but if aren't, than think real carefully before you buy this.

I played this many times over and the more u play it the better it gets so i HIGHLY recommend this to an willing sonic fan or just any gamer.

In every level, the characters just run through by themselves and you're only needed to fight Dr.Robotnik every other game. This game is no challenge, and is extremely repetitive. It is the most boring thing I have ever played.

I thought this game was going to be an awesome game, but i turns out that its a short and easy game. I guess you can get it if you are going to get sonic adventure 2 Batter for the cube...but other then that its too short of a game.

.... This game is so sparkalicous!! You have to buy it! There are like a rainbow of people and you will love it just like i do. I can't even figure out what the people are saying because it is all in Japanese. I bought an import version and it is even sparkalicous. Buy this game.
