Personally, I just enjoy sitting back and playing a side scroller to relax. This game is one thing; a very fun time!
Having played this several times I'd have to say it's a very good game.

Gameplay: Sidescroller heaven! 10/10
Story: Very original, a unique plot. 9/10
Control: Pretty good, buts takes a while to master the 'screw attack' move. 9/10

What else is there to say? It's a good game!

Like I said it is a pretty good game. The biggest problem I'd say is that it only took me 1 hour 51 minutes to beat the game with action replay (something like game shark) and about 2 hours without it. Though it is pretty fun. I particularly like the fact that you have to beat the Sa-X (an X-Parasite that is mimicking Samus at full power) really close to the end. So like I said it is a pretty good game and I do recomend getting it.

I think Nintendo did a great job on this game. The graphics are great, sometimes you just gotta have your 2-D side-scrolling action. Even thoug this game is awesome and has one the best story lines from any Metroid game I think that they could have done better. I think taht this game has 2 flaws just 2.

The first flaw is the fusion suit. Samus looks good in blue but I think they should have kept true to the color of the power suit. I also will include her ship in this first flaw. do we really want to look at purple ship for the rest of the Metroid games? It's cool and all but the old Gunship was awesome.

The second flaw is that the game is so short. Before I bought it I played it at Target for ten minutes and I got through 3 bosses and got the missles, morph ball and morph ball bomb, and that was only playing for ten minutes. You can probably beat it 3-4 hours if you just played it solid. Of course some people I know do not agree with me but they are still only on the Magmoor Caverns on Metroid Prime and I beat it 3 times already, and he bought 5 months before me.

Anyway, this game is great. A little too short and the fusion suit gets sort of annoying but I love this game. You will too. So buy it.

One of the best Game Boy Advance games. Addicting and fun, the only problem is you can beat it in a matter of hours. If you can just borrow it from someone or rent it. I beat it in only 4 hours....

i liked the classic metroid gameplay but i beat it in less than 2days.i also like the new wepons like the ice missle.But the game was also really easy.overall, its a good game for a road trip.

In other words while at [a local store] for 2 hours i was able to complete the entire game. In my words, "go get a real game".

Metroid Fusion

This is a perfect game for those out there who like a little challange but not to much! Go for it! This may not be the longest game but still the reolaying action is wonderful! I would higly suggest buy this game!

Super Metroid meets Game Boy Advance

It's been eight years since Nintendo last released a Metroid game. Now that Metroid Fusion and Prime have come out, I find it was worth the wait. All of the gameplay factors that were in Super Metroid are included with Fusion.

Samus Aran is sent to a Space Station above the planet SR-388 to watch over Biologics reasearch team. There Samus is attacked by a
parasitic organism known as X. Her suit was destroyed by the X parasite and almost killed her. To save her, she is injected with the Metroid vaccine, which kills any X in her bodie. Samus recieves a new Fusion suit, which protects her, but does not give her the abilites the Power Suit (the yellow one) gave her. After the incident, Samus is given a new mission: to go to SR-388 and hunt down the X parasites and along the way, find upgrades to give her a better chance of survival.

The gameplay is the same as previous Metroid games and gives you the same eerie feeling as it did before. This is a must have Game Boy Advance title and one you should not miss.

You can also unlock special features by conecting Metroid Fusion to Metroid Prime on the Nintendo GameCube. Have a blast!

If your looking for the best game on the GBA you have just found it!! A Few Awesome hours of hardcore gameplay, a great plot, and cool weapons!! I would suggest this game for anyone who likes a challenging game with great graphics and gameplay!!
