Role Playing Games....they have gotten boring over the years. Fight and Fight and Fight...visit the plot...and fight some more! There was no little side victories you could do.
Nintendo ended that last year! With the release of Pokemon (Pocket Monster in Japan). This game revolutionized the RPG industry. You collect these different monsters called Pokemon. But there are not like...5 or 10 different types...there are 150! And you can't just have a certain amount...your boxes hold up to 255! You can fight and fight some more, and gain these badges...but the fun doesn't end there. You can hook up with a friend and beat up HIS pokemon (or vice-versa) or trade Pokemon!
This game is fun! Buy it today and try it out...instant addiction.

I have had this game for about 2 months and i still can't put it down!!! it is the best game i have ever bought. i love it and it would be fun for kids of all ages!!!!!!

WE JUST GOT THIS AWESOME GAME AND WE LOVE IT!IT TEACHES YOU HOW TO BE RESPONSIBLE TO YOUR POKEMON AND LEADS YOU TO BE THE WORLD'S GREATEST POKEMON MASTER.IT HAS COOL THINGS IN IT THAT KEEP YOU OCCUPIED SO YOU CAN'T GET BORED.I URGE YOU TO BUY THIS AND HAVE FUN.

I wasn't sure at first, but this game got me hooked on the Pokemon craze, even though I'm 19 and at university! I just love having to collect and train all the different Pokemon, and try and become the world's best trainer of Pokemon. Even the game pak for the Gameboy is a nice colour, just to top it all off!

This game is so cool cause this game allmost never ends [except if you ALWAYS have a kid to trade with] I mean I got mine in july [1999] and I havent even caught all 151 pokemon.THIS GAME RULES!!

Pokemon is the best the best Game Boy game ever! When I heard about Pokemon I thougth it was going to be another cheap thing from Nintendo,but I started to see the animated cartoon Pokemon on UPN (Now WB) and I loved it I think it is one of best games ever.It was hard,you had to think, exiting and most it was fun capturing all the Pokemon,but some cases you had get the Pokemon from a different color version only has 11 different Pokemon.It took about three times to start all over because I had messtup buy fainting a pokemon that only comes out onece in the whole game.Another time I messtup by geeting a tought Pokemon to raise at the begining of the game(Charmander).This is one Nintendos best next to Zelda and Mario.

I got the game when it first cam out and never stopped playing it.The thing i like about this game is collecting all 150 Pokemon,training them,and winning Gym Badges. If your looking for a RPG Game get Pokemon.

I think this is a great game for everyone. You can play endlessly with your Pokemon and it's always a challenge. There is more to consider than just chosing which Pokemon to fight. They all have weaknesses so you have to have more than just one. It is also a challenge to train your Pokemon. And there's always fun in playing versus your friends with the cable hook up. I reccomend this to anyone at all. It's especially good to get it for long car rides or plane trips.
