It's so good

I think it is so good because the adventures are fun and I learned a lot! This is the only game that my dad would let me play for hours without kicking me off his computer. I enjoy the game not just because of the cute looking Zoombinis but also how it forces me to focus and think, to observe and figure out the patterns. The most enjoyable psrt of the game is to make pizza for Arnold and Willa.

Logicy, logical, logic like, and Zoombinis!

The Logical joureny of the Zoombinis has got to be one of the best games ever released for children. I teachs logic ( as the name implies), problem solving, but is also tons of fun! I had the origional Logical Journey of the Zoombinis, and played it for three years. It never got boring. With the different paths, the different ways of solving things, and the different levels of difficulty, It gives this game a great replay value. I played it for so long, and then my sister played it for just as long. On top of that, even adults might have some trouble making perfect pizzas for three very picky customers. A must buy for anyone with kids. It's probably the best birthday present they'll ever get!

Great game! Fun & educational

During PRe-Algebra class at school, our teacher told us that our assignment today was to play this math game. Like the other so-called 'games', I thought this was going to be another dumb and boring one. However, this is loads of fun! It challenges your mind and makes it fun. I would recommend this to anybody trying to get a reluctant child to learn or improve their math.

my 3 year old loves it

The description on Amazon says this game works with Windows XP. But now that I received it, the back of the jewel case says it is NOT compatible with XP.
I was so disappointed and I thought the game must be really outdated, but we borrowed an old laptop with Win98 and the game is terrific.

Most likely to become the greatest computer game of all time!

I am currently seventeen and I have been playing this game ever since it came out back in 1996. It's such a wonderful fun-filled educational game (which is hard to find nowadays.). The puzzles and levels aren't simple but not extremely complicated either. Sometimes they'll be so obvious and sometimes my mom isn't even able to figure them out (and she's a CPA!). But it overall does even out between the two, creating a great game. If you are a parent of kids eight and up, I'd definently reccomend this game. Younger children can play, too, but it may be a bit tough for them still, especially when they reach the "Very, Very Hard" level (Trust me, this part gets tough!). Even as parents, you may even find yourself playing this game! Overall, this is an excellent game that is not only fun, but indeed educational.

This thing (the 1996 version) does NOT run on XP !!!

This game originally came out in 1996 and the cheap versions you see listed came out THEN, and are designed for computers with older "stuff" for playing sounds and graphics (windows 95 instead of XP or 98).

I am trying to do a school project with this software and I feel like an angry monkey trying to use it on Windows XP, and trying to follow the advice of other users. If you are just a regular person (like maybe a school teacher trying to do a report for grad school!!!!!) then DO NOT order this version. I am sure there is SOME way to get this to work, but I can't figure it out and I do not feel like crashing my computer. I have just ordered the version Amazon sells at this time for $7.97 that says it is made for Windows XP. I will write a review of that one to let you all know how it works out, and save you folks the anguish and shipping costs of an obsolete disc. You're welcome.

This Software Rocks!

My 10 year old son loved this so much at school we ordered a copy for home - and for his 72 year old grandmother who also loves it. Teaches logic while having fun. A must have!

Mac OSx+ Users: Skip This Title!

Although this product states it works with Mac OSx...it does not. Both of our macs spit the disk out promptly as it was incompatible and/or unreadable. It looks like a great game but, we'll never know. Hopefully the developers will address this issue.

"Mia's Math Caper" might be a great alternative to this title if you're a Mac user.

Great for classrooms, great price.

This game set is fantastic. It is very high interest with students in 5th and 6th grades. The price was fantastic compared to any other site on the net.
