Dreamcast games are leaving the system flat..esp this one

I hate to write a bad review, really I do. I have no choice on this title though. Wild Metal has no plot to be found, lousy graphics, no action, poor controls, and a price tag that should be shrunk to $1.99. I found it sad that I had bought this game expecting a new tank game and placed it on the shelf within a few minutes. There were no tanks, by our concept of what a tank is. Was this game designed for the origional Atari machine? I am amazed that game designers take advantage of consumers and pump out games that are lacking quality, just to make a quick buck. Please let the designers know that you will not fall for this behavior, leave this game on the store shelves rather than on your own at home.

I invite the folks at Sega to force their developers to put effort in the games they sell, otherwise Sega may take a knockout blow from Playstation 2 and its emotion engine. If I sound unhappy, I am. I am tired of spending money on these games that deliver nothing they have promised. My advice-buy RE:code veronica if you want quality.

Wild Metal Wow! This game is a waste of money. When youhear the title you think wow this game is going to be awesome. I shotother tanks with my tank and they blow up and there is blood. Well That isn't what happens. Here are 5 good reasons not to buy this game.

1.)The tank that you are driving goes about 1 mile per hour and it takes for ever.

2.)Each stage takes for ever because you drive so slow.

3.)You have to find 10 things in each level and it takes so long to find theme cause they are everywhere and you don't even have a map.

4.)There are hardly any bad guys in the game so it is boring.

5.)There isn't any music playing so it is so boring and the only thing that you hear is the engine of your tank going.

I hate to write bad reviews, but this time I have to. I bought this game its first day out, I should have waited to read someones review. There is no story..none, no interesting action, uncomfortable controls, boring scenery, little interaction with "enemies", etc.. This game seems to have just been made to add to the amount of titles available on Dreamcast, shame on you RockStar games. The graphics are nintendo in nature, which will really bore you. Be wise and buy something with a plot.

this game is not what it looks like. the multiplayer is fun with lots of cool fire power. in single player they do not say what the objective is. just one of the weird things about this game. BOTTEM LINE: do not get this game it is a ok but not what you think it is.

this gaMe looked cool when i bought it because of the cover. i read the back and it seemed prety cool. but once i put it in i got bored the first twenty minuets. the missions were lame, the game play stunk. ...

Stay as far away from this game as you possibly can! It's a waste of precious money. Save it for the upcoming games like Gundam Side Story, Front Mission 3, or Resident Evil Code Name Veronica.

I bought it; it was very boring, the gameplay was uninspired.the graphics were not very good either. the game pace is slow and the tanks move very slowly

After reading the reviews and seeing all the people who gave this a bad review I thought I had better make somenthing clear for all you true gamers out there. No there is no plot, But nor does the game claim to have one. The game is simple, get the crystals. But like any good game it starts off simple and gets more difficult as you get better. I hate a game that kills you in the first level before you even have a chance to learn how to play. This game just gets more difficult as you go, perfect. And for the guy that complains about the speed of the tank, he needs to see how fast tanks go in our world, it ain't that fast. If you like strategy that isn't your run of the mill shoot um up then youll like this game.

It does take a lot of time, there is no music, however Ithought it was sort of fun because you use a lot of strategy. Sure,it might be boring, but if you look at it in a different perspective it is fun. I gave it a 3 because there is some parts in the game that is lame. On one of the levels it was really hard. The one thing about this game is that you can't die.
