i've had this game 3 time.Everyone i bought proceeded to work only if i opened the dc's cd door and insert the game while the unit was on. Then after about 5 minutes of play it would promptly freeze up and stay that way. The bootom line only get this game if you know yours isn't screwed up.

This is a must own game for your Dreamcast owners. The graphics are will worth the price of the game. The game playing is quite decent. I have yet to see a game on the PS or N64 to match the graphic detail of this game.

If you are a person that simply likes playing games with other people in multiplayer this game is perfect for you, it has funny charactors, great graphics, and a special feature where you can transport a trained boxer to another game on the VMU. If you are a person that likes games that keep you busy for a while this game is not for u it has horrible special moves and after a while it can become extremely boaring, unless your'e a hard core boxing fan which I am not.So look at what i wrote and figure out where youre personality fits in before u buy this game.

This is a fun game with great multiplayer. When you play the championship mode you must defeat a bunch of people to win, then do it again and again with each person. yah it gets old but i recommend renting it.

THIS IS PURE FUN!!!

I bought this game and really didn't get a chance to play it until I had a few friends over. It kept us playing for hours. It's graphics are great! I don't have any complaints about this game at all. In fact, you can take boxers that you train yourself to fight on other game consoles by saving them. I would say that this is a must buy!

ready to rumble made me laugh a lot. the music at the title screen made me press start quickly so it would stop. michael buffer is the scariest looking video game character ive ever seen. afro thunder is cool. oh yeah, the gameplay. the gameplay is weak. this game is funny for a few minutes, but after that it kinda sux.

It is fun for a couple of hours. But it gets boring after a while. If you like boxing this game is for you. It is a good game to start off with because you learn the controls well while playing this game.

Entertaining Game

My preference is games that have a simple learning curve and have lasting entertainment value. This game has both. You can play well minutes after opening the box and with something like 20 characters, there are always challenges to master each character. My only criticism is of the Championship mode where you train boxers and take them through title fights. The mini-games to train the boxers are pretty weak and the whole process is somewhat tedious. Otherwise, it's a solid game.

Sound
The sound is great. The crowd the music...It's all good...Nd' I meaaannn It's ALL GOOD! 5/5

Ready 2 Rumble also has Championship mode which is fun.
You can name your gym and buy equipment to train yourself. And title shots are cool to...But the Prize fights are for the money...

Overall The game is pretty entertaining...It's my favorite Boxing game for the Sega Dreamcast.

Get this game if you have a sega Dreamcast....It's just pure fun!
