I am the kid who keeps posting "Wilkommen zum Fussball" I have a question. How do you unlock new balls in this game? The manuals say that you can but in the WE-shop i dont see any. (I have bought everything yet so I should try that first) Please if anyone out here knows please post it in a review! Still a great game. I would just like the WC ball for international matces abd the champions league for reinacted U.E.F.A. ties. Thanks!
Good graphics but bad controls and physics

PES has good graphics, but the controls and unrealistic physics detract from the overall experience.
First, the controls for the players are difficult, especially moving and shooting. When you shoot (by pressing square), a meter fills. The Fill-factor of the meter determines how high the ball goes, and the direction that your player stands determines the horizontal direction. But, the shot meter fills up far too quickly. Just one light tap fills it half way. So, almost every time I took a shot on the goal, the ball went over the cross bar. Needless to say, the shooting mechanics could have been greatly improved.
Also, the left analog stick feels very "loose." I have to push the stick all the way to move my player.
Another feature that needs improvement is the physics. When running at a moderate to fast pace, your player can barely turn to the right or left, which makes it very difficult to juke around defenders. Also, when running, your player puts the ball about 10 FEET in front of him. That is ridiculous; in real life a professional soccer player can keep the ball 4-5 feet in front of him, even when he is running.
And, there are many other issues like these two.
I know that this game is very popular, but for me responsive controls and a less frustrating experience are much more important than graphics and sound.

I had fifa 2007 but somebody told me to try winning11 pro evolution and I did, it is far better than fifa and since I received it, I never put the Fifa game in my console anymore. I'm will trade it for something else. Dont need it. Pro evolution is simply the best.

This is one of the best soccer games I found around. I'm really amazed because the AI, the game is "really real".
When I went out to buy the game at the stores I couldn't find it, my only chance to buy the game was Amazon and I really appreciate it.
Thanks guys...
