The one of the most creative sonic games to date

I play this game on
dreamcast and loved it.The levels are creatively done one and you get to see more of sonic world more than any other
sonic game.You feel apart of the game play more than ever and poilt and with a mistrey that make want to even more to find out what happen.Only sonic aventure 2 come close in the level of creatively.graphics of the characters have got and imporvment .I think this is the best 3D sonic .

Sonic Adventure DX is going to kick some PS2 and XBOX [behind]! I know Sonic Adventure was an outstanding game already, but this is going to be better than ever! Actually, I don't really know that much about the first adventure, something about water. But I am surly going to get it when it comes out. Stay tuned for more details Sonic fans!!!

Better than Sonic Adventure 2.

This game premiered on Dreamcast, but has enough new features to make it worth buying. In short, the game is better than SONIC ADVENTURE 2, but not the Gamecube's best platformer.

There are only 6 playable characters (versus SONIC 2's 12), but each one feels more polished. Sonic levels are still the most fun, but much more of the other levels are fun, too. The game plays a lot like SONIC ADVENTURE 2, so you will know what to expect. Also, the camera is a lot better here.

As you play through, there are neat things to unlock. There are 50 new minigame challenges that take place in the game levels, which are definetely fun to play through. You will also unlock other Sonic games that were on Sega's GAME GEAR. Also, you can link up to the Game Boy Advnce, just like you could in SONIC ADVENTURE 2. If you owned this game on Dreamcast and liked it, there is enough improvement here to buy it again, not to mention a better controller.

However, this is not the best platformer on Gamecube....

Overall, this is a fun game, and you should buy it, but there are better things on Gamecube to play first.

{Based on the Dreamcast version of Sonic adventure}. It is worth paying $... becuase all the charictars are fun to play as with their unique moves and tricks and their are 6 not including super sonic; the charictars are Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy Rose, Big the Cat {you see him in parts of sonic adventure 2 battle}, and E 102 codename Gamma a robot made by Eggman {Dr. Robotnik} who has a more sad quest with Amy Rose and his brothers E 101 Beta and E103-5. The boses are fun to fight against for all charictars. The plot is realy cool and exciting. And the levels are nice and well made but not anything to win a gold over but still fun. The only thing that I didn't like is walking around in station square, The rain forest, and The big ship made by Dr. Robotnik becuase it is frustrating to find things and you need to find all the levels yourself and some levels you need to do tricks {the casino level} or get a key that is put far away {about 3 levels need it}to unlock and it can give you a headache.

Otherwise it is a great game and worth $.... I give it a 4 out of 5. A five if they fixed all the exploring you have to do unlike in Sonic adventure 2 battle You see the plot and then it takes you to a level or boss without having to find it yourself so I hope it is better in this directors cut of the game from Sonic adventure from the dreamcast version from 1999 which this game is based on has improved.

I have it for Dreamcast.....I wouldnot change it, I'd leave it the same.....but now, with GameGear Games(1995)on it? oh.... much better.....better graphics.....sound.........and longer gameplay, I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Originally released for the Sega Dreamcast, Sonic Adventure was a pulse-pounding thrill-ride through a stunning 3D world. With 6 characters to play as you progress through the game, each character had his or her own style of play - Anything from flying between sky scrapers and engaging the gigaintic Egg Carrier in a mid-air dogfight as Miles "Tails" Prower, scaling the side of an active volcano in search of missing Chaos Emerald shards as Knuckles The Echidna, to taking on the city-sized water monster Chaos as Sonic The Hedgehog.

The graphics in Sonic Adventure DX have had a face-lift, and now look even better than they did in the original. In addition, word has it that every one of the Sega GameGear Sonic The Hedgehog games will be included in SA:DX as a bonus. The music to this game is also a joy to hear, and is some of the best in the series.

All in all, if you liked the original then you'll love Sonic Adventure DX. If you're new to the Sonic series, this is a great game to start with. I'm a long-time Sonic fan in my late teens and see Sonic Adventure as a worthy sequel to the previous games, and the children I babysit love playing the game on my Dreamcast just as much as I do. It's just good, clean fun, and an excellent choice for a parent looking to buy a game for their child.

Ok Sonic Adventure blows Sonic Adventure 2 (yes even SA2:Battle)completely out of the water. The only way this game could possible [be bad] is if they didn't update the chao. Yes they should add maybey a little more cinema. But if they take out the adventure fields then I will still buy it. This game is so great you could simply play in the adventure field from dawn till dusk. It's simply THAT good. Overall this is simply my fav sonic game. I didn't think that they could improve on it much but since the gamecube disc can hold surprisingly alot more information than Dreamcast games. Sonic team has completely reworked the character format. The older , boxerier characters are now much more sharp and clearer looking. Although since Sonic Team is going back to sonic's roots, it dosen't mean that there still not working on Sonic Adventure 3. SADX , SA2B, SA, and SA2 should hold you down untill SA3 if you play with your chao alot.

Sonic Adventure DX (made by: Sega) is going to be a REALLY TOTAL AWESOME game to play on the NINTENDO GAME CUBE

If anybody a really big fan of Sonic this is a MUST HAVE GAME TO GET & PLAY

Back when I sold my Dreamcast Sonic Adventure was one game I couldn't get for any of the newer consoles. But now I really happy to hear it is coming for GameCube!
I noticed some changes,
Sonic get's a much needed makeover! and maybe a few of the other characters.
I also saw a picture of Amy, Knuckles, and Tails in the first stage. Now people that have played Sonic Adventure know Amy and Knuckles can not go there, have they opened more levels to the other characters? I hope so!
I also heard about a 4 player mode? I'm not to sure about that so don't get all worked up... But that would be sweet!
Most are rumers but Sonics "new look" is a sure thing.

Sonic Adventure was a great game, and Sonic Adventure is going to be a lot better than Sonic Adventure. It's great that Sonic Adventure is going to the #1 game system...GAMECUBE!!! I hope you will like the game as much as I will. SEEYA!!
