My sons love this game- rented it to see if they would like it first. Made the mistake this Christmas of buying one (Rayman Arena) and they think it is stupid! Oh well, at least I can sale it here...ha ha..

This Game is HORRIBLE

Warning! Do not buy this game unless you are two years old! This game is only for little kids! The graphics are worse than original Nintendo, and the gameplay and music are extremely boring, annoying and repetitive. The environments are very desolate and provide no interaction. I'm not kidding, this game is really bad. I only played 3 levels and then I just couldn't take it any more. Jak and Daxter is a lot better, but if you really want the best game of this kind then get Ratchet and Clank instead! It is the best!

Fun action, adventure game-for everyone.

If you like games like Jak and Daxter, Spyro, Ratchet an Clank, and Crash Bandicoot, you should like this one. It's very simliar, you go around collecting thunder eggs, and exploring different worlds, fighting off bad guys, while you use your boomerangs(which you must aquire). You slowly improve your abilties as you go. You also have different moves in which to knock off opponents. A lot of exploring, collecting, fighting, jumping, oh and finding hidden places too. I personally like games like this. The game is actually easy, my 5 yr. old can play it! It's a good addition to anyone's collection.

Beautiful graphics, intuitive gameplay

This game has beautiful graphics, interesting worlds, an intuitive, highly playable setup and is all around fun. Why can't all games be so comfortable to play. It is entertaining, funny and has few frightening parts so it is a good game for younger children. It is as much fun as the best Spyro games. It is also easy enough that people like me, who are not die-hard gamers, can beat it but it remains interesting and playable throughout. I hope there will be a sequel. I'd buy it at full price. Not a game for the die-hard, expert gamer who only appreciates shoot-em up games.

Definately a must-have game.

First off, I am (and always have been) a loyal Mario addict. I thought that this game wouldn't be good because it wasn't a Mario game, and figured the game would be a poor story-line and lame play. I am happy to say I was wrong. This game may be a bit short, but the goals are fun to hunt down, and the graphics are unreal. The lands are awesome.... you get to destroy an entire town- and be thanked. Almost every character talks to you in the game, and their Aussie accents are a real trip to listen to. All in all, if you have PS2 (or Xbox or Gamecube- it's on those systems too), then you owe it to yourself to get this game. Now, lets hope a sequel to this game comes out soon....

Good on ya', mate!

This game is the first of the Ty trilogy. And also the best! Sure, there arn't custum rangs, or bunyips, but who cares? The game play is very good, the missions and levels are unique (really, they are), the bosses are "challenging", and the soundtrack is superb. The story is also really interesting. So why not buy it? And don't say it's stupid!
