Best first person shooter yet

Splinter cell Pandora tomorrow incorporates all the pluses of the original and all the best parts of it are even better. You can do all the moves of the original, plus a few more. The graphics are even better than the first and there are several outdoor missions in which the sun either sets or rises gradually, changing the shadows in which you can hide. Speaking of hiding, there is now an on screen gauge that tells how visible you are to enemy mercenaries.

There is now a unique multi-player that allows you and three others to play each other, X-box and PS2 have it, but I'm not sure about Gamecube. You can play 1 on 3 or 2 on 2; one side are the spies and the other are the mercenaries. Each are evenly matched, but each have different advantages. The spies can see from a third person view allowing them to be more aware of their surroundings while the mercenaries have a first person view allowing them to shoot more accurately, but they can't see behind or to the side of themselves. Each side has their own gadgets and each have their own weapons as well their own objectives, the spies have to complete an objective and the mercenaries have to stop them. The mercenaries have auto-matic weapons that can easily kill a spy but all the spies have are one shot pistols that can only stun an enemy, thus the only way a spy can kill a mercenary is either by jumping on him or breaking his neck. The mercenaries have the advantage in open combat, but their poor vision means that a spy can gain the upper hand with stealth, at least until they're discovered. This means that both sides need different strategies to win.

Best Action Stealth Game

This game is awsome. The single player mode is greatly changed from the first splinter cell and the added online capability makes this the perfect game for an action fan. The fact that you can whistle and get a guards attention, is better than having to find a bottle or can, but tells you that ubisoft was thinking about the little things that would much improve this game. What is really awsome about this game is that it takes place more outside than the last game did. It includes jungles and rivers you have to travel through. The only problem is the lack of destructible lights, but I have 3 words... GET OVER IT. It is not that bad of a thing. A laser sight was also added to the hand gun for more precise shooting, because it is difficult to get a head shot with that big cross-hair that you were stuck with in the first game. The online capability makes this, by far, the ultimate game. You can play ass a heavily armed "argus" mercinary, or a stealthy "shadownet" spy. I prefer the spy because you can stealth up behind a merc and either choke them to death or snap their neck. SNAP THEIR NECK! That is freakin' awsome. The merc are not to bad either. Their hmachine gun can throw granades or blast a spy. I like the spys beacuse they have night and heat vision goggles. The mercs have motion sensing(not that good) and electromagnetic vision (ok if you are up close). Their is nothing better than hiding in the shadows and waiting for a merc to run by so you can silently snap his neck and wisper something in his ear (if you have a mic) right before the deed is done.

gameplay: 4.5 - 5.0
this is a really fun game. Online is awsome and single player is much improved with great originality. If only their were more chances to use you gun at a distance without someone seeing your laser sight or the fact that someone WILL find the body. And online, if only the spies hade greater firepower than the stun sticky shokers they are forced to use.

lasting appeal: 5.0
The lasting appeal is great. Once you finish the engulfing single player storyline the online just keeps on entertaining. More levels will show up online once the hdd is out on the market.

Graphics: 5.0
for the ps2, the graphics are awsome and clear with great frame rates that never seem to lag. Shadows are awsome too. Online is the same, only the levels are darker so I suggest playing were ther is no glare on the screen because you won't be able to see.

Sound: 4.5 - 5.0
The sound is good. no music i good because you have to be able to hear the slightest things. the sound of the silenced guns are good and sound awsome. It just seems hat sometimes enemy react and hear the slightest things you do, but that makes the game more realistic.

P.S.
This game isn't perfect, but is sure DAMN close to it.

My favorite game

Splinter cell: Pandora tomorrow is definately the best stealth action game ever because it's really the only one like itself. This and the first one are the only stealth action games that they really took some time to give excellent graphics and well set up levels.
New things you can do different from the first one:
* SWAT turn
* Half split jump
* Zoom in more with your assault rifle
* Throw chaff grenades
* After someone sees you and raises an alarm, if nobody sees you for a while, the alarm stage will decrease
* Your pistol can have a laser sight, but if enemies see it, they will raise an alarm
* Online play is awesome

Other than those things, it is pretty much the same thing as the first one, which is a great game too. If you beat the first one, it will seem easier, but still a challenging and fun game. Worth every cent!

This is Exactly what a sequel should be!

WOW! This is SUCH an improvement on the last one. The graphics are so much better and it's just more fun to be sniping people from a jungle bush than to be split jumping and shooting out a bunch of lights.

Alright there is still no feeling in the world like having a guy 3 feet in front of you, and practically breathing in your face, and he can't see you. it's really fun, but nerve-wracking.

This game's missions take you all over the world, from a speeding train in France, to Israel to a remote Jungle. It really gives the game a sense of reality and it's fun to experience the different places.

Ubisoft has really made a Gem here, and it seems like they really listen to their customers, becasue they have added the SWAT turn, the half split jump and Hand shooting. It just adds another sense of reality to your game to be hanging upsidedown and shooting enemies, or split jumping 3 feet above an enemy and then fly down to knock them out.

In this game, there is a lot of enfasis on using Non-Lethal force, as in knocking them out or hitting your enemies with "Sticky-Shockers" (One of the many cool gadgets you can use with the SC-20K (Sam's new primary Sniper/Assault weapon). This adds a real sense of reality to your game and sets it apart from other games such as 007. And it's all hands on, so you have to sneek up behind someone and then grab them and take them into the shadows and knok them out. If you're not foaming at the mouth over this game by now, it's not for you.

Oh, I almost forgot to mention, there is an Online mode on this game, it's sort of like a deadly game of capture the flag, in the dark and with sticky shockers and machine guns. Alright, you play as either the ShadowNet or the Argus team. The Argus are like Terminators, with motion sensing goggles and heavy machine guns. And the Shadownet are like the Sam Fishers of Online, they have to sneek in and take all of the ND133's (Biochemical Agents) without the Argus knowing. It's so much fun on both sides and it's a real nail biter with the ShadowNet teams.

Alright here's a review:

Graphics: 15/10 the Water effects and the shrubs moving behind you, make it very realistic.

Gameplay: 20/10 HUGE improvement on the last game, TONS of cool moves, and the Swat Turn and Half split jump give it an extra kick.

Fun: 20/10 there is STILL nothing like hiding inches from an unsuspecting gaurd, and the ONLINE gives the game so Much.

Difficulty: 10/10 the only thing average about this game, it's not really that hard, but it can be at times. Like when you're in a reoom with 3 SWAT men in there and you have to sneek past them...it's really cool.

Overall: 65/40 this game is so much fun, it's worth buying.

You MUST at least try this game out, it's tons of fun, and worth the money. This is the Epitomy of all Sequels to any game.

5 STARS.Ubisoft did a good job with pandora tommorow for PS2.Of course you play as Sam Fisher the splinter cell.You are one out of maybe a dozen more who helps create freedom.By now you should of course know that if you love all out shooting games then you should avoid this one.There are a few new moves and gadgets at your disposal this time.The half-split jump allows you to fit into smaller spaces.The swat-turn lets you move from one side of a door to another side without detection.And the 2 newest weapon upgrades are the laser on your pistol(better aiming) and you can now zoom in with your sniper.And like the last game the extra level is awesome.The graphics have improved so much.But every good game has it's down falls.There are 3 major downsides.Way to many checkpoints(it's bad to me),painfully long load times,and not to many lights.But less lights is not so bad since guards will hesitate to pull the alarm for about a second or so giving you time to shoot them.That still dosen't make it that much easier.So to finish things off here's the good(pros),the bad(cons),and the confuzzling...or confusing.

Pros:Sweet graphics.
Awesome A.I
Breath taking stealth.
Good challenge.

Cons:Painfully long load times.
To many checkpoints.
Not enough lights.

Confuzzling:I think sam's getting to old.
Dosen't the split jump hurt.
Sam jumps funny.

Bye!!!WAIT JUST A SECOND...

Special review:Before you guys leave theres a little something special I want you to read.

Splinter cell:Chaos Theory
I have obtained a bit of info from the official splinter cell 3 website.You still control sam in his new game.In splinter cell 3 the graphics will be as realistic as the systems can handle.A.I will be greatly improved because enimies will react when it starts to rain.Sam now has even better moves and weapons.If there is an enemy standing behind a door you can bash it open to knock the enemy unconcious.And also if you are hanging from a pipe and a enemy walks under you sam can now put his feet around there head and snap there neck.Same goes for hanging upside down.You can use more physical moves now because you have a new arrange of chockeholds and other things to get rid of an enemy physicly.I know of 2 new weapons for now.First off you have a knife.And although they can change it for now Ubisoft has stated that the knife is not for killing.Instead it's used for cutting things like curtains or other fabrics.And now M.A.W.S(modular assult weapon system)...or in english your assult rifle now has a shotgun emplacement(I hope this dosen't ruin the stealth).In the 3rd game you will see the darker side of sam.Im not sure if this game will contain blood.The first game did have blood but it only happened when you shot the fish on the level where you had to rescue Ivan(the fishy's blew up in a bloody mess).It's funny because on prince of persia 2 the prince has a darker attitude also.I would tell you guys more but "Whose Line Is It Anyways?" is on right now.This game along with the prince are supposedly gonna come out this year.Here's what to expect.
As the enemy evolves, so must you.
EXCLUSIVE CLOSE RANGE KILLS: From knife attacks to athletic hand-to-hand kills such as inverted neck breaks, dramatic ledge throws and other new moves.
CO-OP STEALTH: Play online or offline multiplayer with a friend and coordinate your infiltration in an all new multiplayer challenge.
REAL WEAPONS OF TOMORROW: The most complete arsenal of weapons and gadgets from the knife to the modular SC20K.
AMAZING REPLAYABILITY: Totally open level design with multi-paths and optional secondary objectives.
ULTIMATE CHALLENGE: Intelligent enemies that make your mission more risky as you must get closer to them than ever before.
HIGH-RISK MISSIONS: Steal sensitive documents from under the nose of your enemies, takeout a terrorist surrounded by his bodyguards...
AS GOOD AS REAL: Never seen before graphics technology offers the best visuals ever seen on any console. Advanced physics engine allows rag doll physics, particle effects and perfect interaction with the environment.
THRILLING SCENARIO: In-game gut wrenching sequences and gripping plot with multiple twists and turns.

Well...BYE!!!

This game has so much better graphics than the first one. You can see the moving shrubs and the running water. You could do cool stunts. I hate the first level because all you do is hit people and you are not allowed to shoot them. I also like the cool night vision goggles that can spy bomb mines. The pistol in the first level you hardly use all you do with it was you shoot the light. But later on it gets so interesting and fun This is a must buy. Rated 10 of 10. I promise you will love this game and really will have the anxious to play it all the time.

I was so excited to hear that they were doing a sequel to Splinter Cell. I am an avid gamer without much talent at gaming, but the first Splinter Cell hooked me in and kept me playing long after my skill level wore out.

Now, they've done it again with Pandora Tomorrow. The exquisite look of this game is added to with the wonderful acting talent to bring Sam Fisher and cast to life!

Gameplay for me was very similar to the first one with many things improved on! Also, they have added the multiplayer option, which looks amazing.

As I mentioned my skills are something that need help, but I felt very comfortable with the previous title and even more confident this time with Pandora Tomorrow. The game is fairly easy to learn and is very involved and interesting to keep you playing even if certain aspects get you stuck. At those times I just kept trying until I got past whatever obstacle was in my way!

This game is amazing from design to finish! UBISOFT has surpassed Splinter Cell original with this addition and I hope the upcoming Splinter Cell 3 makes it off the PC and onto my PS2 or Gamecube soon!

Best stealth game on the market!

This is definitely one of the greatest games I have ever played in my whole life! If you like stealth games then buy this game. Pros: great realistic graphics, awesome stealth moves, long missions with check points, many gadgets and weapons. Cons: Long loading screens, multiplayer is only online, night vision has too be used at least half of the game, and only eight missions. Before you buy this game make sure you know that multi player is only on line even tho is says 1-4 players on the back of the game. If you havent already bought the game you should consider it!

BEST GRAPHICS EVER!

Very good graphics. I'm not that far yet but it is so much fun! I personally enjoy taking the guards out from behind them. So far it's been pretty easy but I bet later in the game it will get very tactical. Right now i'm at the first part in Paris where the guards hit the alarm the split second they see me. But i'm figuring out how to beat it. If you get this game, you've gotta be real smart at tactical games. But, I'm only ten and I plan on beating all 32 levels in atleast one yaer.

5,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 STARS!

It's one of the best sequels out of it's kind. If you like tactical games, you'd love this one. I'm only ten but I plan on beating ALL 32 missions in atleast one year. There's at least like 4-7 levels in one mission so it will defintly take me a while to beat them all. But, if you're good at tactical games, then you'd love to try out this game! P.S. If you do get this game make sure you do know that you can only do multiplayer online, if you want to.
