Classic RTS game. Never gets old. Almost accurately describes the real historical wars of the past.

I Bought this collection of age of empires and it's great.

Have some issues starting the game(AOE II), the loading screen appears, but when the load ends the game just doesn't start. I googled and found that the problem was the DMA (direct memory access)of my DVD drive. I disabled it and the game works perfect. But I didn't want to run my DVD without it, so I downloaded a NO CD patch and the game it's working perfectly.

If you haven't played AOE, you're missing one of the greatest PC games ever

I highly recommend these games if you are a stradegy nut. Althought the graphics and music are on the old side. The game holds up in the area of fun and addictive. It also ran very well on my computer for all the complaints I read before buying. I bought it after I playing Age of empires 3 and had to have the whole collection. Well worth the $10

Age of empires collectors edition is the best game I have ever played! It' so realistic not like other games which has no realisim. Even though The price is $60.00 buying in a collectors editio buying all the games individualy will cost you over $160.00 BIG ONES so save more than twice as much money. And the game makes you think alot about decision you make because for every decision comes with a consequence so your brain builds strong thinking skill. I'd buy it if I were you. You will love this game!

This is one of the best strategy games that I have ever played. It goes right along the side of Starcraft. Although if you buy this you will be hooked to The Conquerers Expanision the most, the others in the pack are fun to play as well. The gameplay is the greatest and if you are someone who has to win all the time I wouldn't recommend this because sometimes you will lose. Even when you lost occasionally it is still a fun and addictive game.

Hey! I'm here to tell you that....THESE GAMES ROCK! I love stradegy games plus this is better than just buying them all by themselves because you can get em all for just $10! WOW! I highly recommend this game for stradegy lovers!

I've always loved AOE and for good reason!! This game is fun!

And for those of you who are wondering if this works on Vista, yes it does. I didn't have any compatibility issues at all on my machine.

This is such a cool game with the mix of history and takeover. The bulk pack seems like such a great deal and so why shouldn't we buy it....I would recommend this game to anyone...
