Excellent and immersive game series

I first started this series with Buried in Time, several years ago. Its a fantastic game that engrosses all your attention with not only photoreal enviroments but also a great storyline. I next went to the first game in the series, and although it isn't quite as stunning visually (simply because it's older), its still a great game. Finally, the third in the series follows the path set by the first two. Great graphics, music, and storylines make these games must-haves for pc adventurers!

A must own for any avid computer gamer

Ever since the original Journeyman Project came out several years ago, I had been hooked. The first game was awesome. Time travel and interactivity. The second game gained more interest for me b/c it had to do with history on earth and hooked me on DaVincci. Also live actors in parts of it and the entire game looked awesome. Many words can describe the third one. Great acting, great special effects, clever puzzles and the mythical places that so many believe exitsted.

If you like a great and immersive storyline, puzzles (easier than most in Myst) and adventure type games, this is for you. If you sit around playing First Person view shoot 'em ups and nothing else, you may not like it. But it is a change of pace and actually allows you to utilize your brain for once. ;)

Best ever.

The first CD Rom drive I ever got came with a voucher for a program. The original Journeyman Project Turbo was my choice, and, I'd wager, one of the better choices I've made thus-far. This game series ranks as the BEST I have ever played, outstripping anything else in originality of story line, dialouge, ambient sound and graphics. I bought Buried in Time the day it came out, another worthwhile purchase. I did the same with Legacy of Time, which I foolishly loaned a friend who promptly moved out of state. Today I bought a used copy of Legacy on DVD, and it rekindeled my love afair with Journeyman.

LOVED IT!

I absolutely love this game! I would play it again if it would work on my upgraded XP. That's my only complaint with Journeyman is that it has never been upgraded to the newer platforms. It crashes my computer every time I try to play it now (my old Gateway is long gone...) Too bad they aren't going to come up with another Journeyman!

If you like role-play type games, this one is for you. It's not as difficult as Myst, but not as tedious as Sanitarium or even Syberia (at times). The storyline is excellent! It's the only game besides Myst III that I have played more than once. Get it - you won't be disappointed!
