A lot of games to play

Carnival has a lot of fun games that you'd find at a Six Flags or other theme park. Only, you're not giving away real money. The games are fun (and difficult just like in real life); the "hosts" of each game are sarcastic yet funny. It's a fun game for all ages and good goofy graphics. I recommend this game and "Playground" as two good, interactive games.
Fun game for kids.

My kids 5 and 7 at the time of purchase have enjoyed this game. It is not too hard to play and they are familiar with the style of the games from the fair. They enjoy being able to use the Wii remote to do the actions.
fun for all of the family

This game is truly like being at a real Carnival. The only thing missing are the real stuffed animals. The skill it takes to play the games is amazing. I am using this game at my game party and I will have real stuffed animals, cotton candy, pop corn, ice cream, all the good stuff at a carnival. The only thing tht will be missing is the threat of rain and pesky insects. I love it!
Great game, especially for kids

When we first got this game, we blasted our way through every carnival game on the disc. Some were more fun than others, I like the only where you throw the ball at the clowns on a shelf the best. After a few times through each game, it tends to get a bit boring, and I don't play it so much anymore. The kids still like playing the game though, and would play any chance they could in order to increase the "prizes" that they have earned. This would be a great party game though, given that the games are short, and there's such a huge variety of games to pick from.
One thing that was frustrating to me was that I thought it only worked with one remote. Well, I didn't see it until after a few games of passing the remote back and forth, but at the beginning, when you're going head to head with someone, there's a box you have to click which changes it so that each player has his/her own remote. Once I figured that out, the game was much more enjoyable.
Overall, a fun game for sporatic play, but definitely not something that you'll be playing everyday.
Thought it would be better

I mainly bought this for the kids. Some of the games need a bit more fine motor control that only an older child or adult would have. I play it more than my kids. It will probably been fun for a while but I think it will find its way to a 'trade in' store somewhere. I thought it would be better.
Very disappointed.

I purchased this game for my family based on the reviews on this site and I must say that I am very disappointed with this game. My family and I enjoyed games like Wii play and Wii sports and believed this game to be the same based on the reviews on this site. However, this game was a major let down. With this game your characters are limited. In fact, you cannot create ethnic characters only caucasian ones. Apart from that, the only games that my family and I enjoyed were skee-ball, hoops and the power hit game.... I plan on taking this lame game back to the GameStop first thing tomorrow and exchanging it for the "PlayGround" game ... For all those who are considering purchasing this game know this, if you enjoyed Wii play or Wii sports --- This game does not compare.... If "PlayGround" is as lame as the "Carnival" game is, I will be sure to leave my remarks concerning that game as well ...
Fun a redneckish kind of way

As much as i would say that YES this game is really fun, if not the funest thing outhere, its too realistic for me.It makes me think of those good old times back at the fair with me and my girlfriend. but it keeps reminding me of all those dirty rednecks trying to get your money and at the same time looking at your girl with a hungry eye. Its those voices from the game that remind me of those guys, the guy in lucky cups, spilled milk, alley ball, yeah its those kind of guys that make you spend your money, when you finally end up spending 30 dollars for a 2 dollar teddy bear, yeah those kind of suckers..i hate em all, but i love this game...if your not fair traumatized like me, by all means buy this game..this game is so real, you can almost smell the trailerpark.

This game is quite fun and quick/easy to play. It has about 25 mini games with items that you can unlock. It is easy to pick up yet has enough difficulty that getting the high scores on every level takes some time.

This game is fun, but not as fun as Wii Sports, or Mario Galaxy. Up to 4 players can play at a time is which is good. Games are a little simple, not as challanging as Wii Sports.
