Fun games

We intially bought this game to give our 5-year-old some more playing options on our Wii, but it turns out that my husband and I both enjoy the games as much as the 5-year-old does. It's not a serious gaming kind of game, and I'll admit it is a bit corny and silly, but it's a fun game for all ages.

Some of the games are a bit difficult for the 5-year-old, but she was able to do quite well on a few of them after playing them a few times. She has fun getting points and tickets and redeeming them for the costume items. And for that matter, some of the games provide a challenge for the adults. We didn't just play the first time and master every single game.

As you work your way through the different games, you can unlock super versions of several games, adding more game options. And as you do well in these super versions, you win even more prize items. You can redeem lower level prize items for higher value items as well.

I don't know that this is the best game we have in our Wii game arsenal, but it's a fun diversion from our other games, and I'm sure it will get a lot of play time.

This game has been lots of fun for all members of the family. The youngest at age 5 can participate and have as much fun as the older members. Some of the games require practice to master, but they are not so hard that they are impossible.

Great game for kids!

This was a great game for my niece and nephew (ages 7 and 9). They just got the Wii and I wanted something simple enough for the younger one to play, and she loves it!

I see that this game has a lot of reviews, but they seem to be all over the board, so I thought I'd put my two cents in! This game is not a great game for older people, even in a group setting...however if you have smaller children, it's great! My three and half year old can play some of the games and beat me. My seven year old can play all of the games and beat me at some....I'm obviously not a game guru, but have had several platforms and childrens games and this is one of the best for the smaller ones.
As other posters have mentioned, it may be worth it to rent before purchasing.

An absolute delight for kids and adults!

This is one of the few games that has a little of everything for all the members of the household to play. Some games are for two, but most are for four.

It was part of a Christmas gift to my daughter's family, and they are having the best time playing. When I went there at Christmas, they were playing Wii sports -- now I have to ask if I can bowl in Wii sports -- because this is first choice.

They are patient with me as they show me what to do. It's a lot of fun,
highly recommended for everyone from 4 on up!

Another great Family game with multi player games that everyone can play. My 4 year old loves this and can even beat mom and dad at some of the games. Simple movements with the controlers make this a great "Wii controler learning tool". Three are 25 different simple games that make this a wonderful addition to the family game list of non violent games.

lots of fun

I bought this game a couple of weeks ago and my kids seem to love it. It is challenging enough for my eight year old and yet easy enough for my 4 year old to still have fun playing. I try to limit their time on the WII but so far on their limited amount of time they always choose to play Carnival Games. I played it one time and it was fun but you definitely need to play it a few times before you start getting the high scores.

This game brought back so many memories of the old carnivals and state fairs from my childhood. Children under 7 might have problems with some of the games but overall its a fun family game. This game is rapidly becoming a favorite on family fun night around my house

The overall game is fun. We bought it for our grandson, the only issue for kids is the parents need to figure out what it is all about and how to make points before the kids play with it. It can be frustrating to younger kids (6 year olds) if you don't know the in's and out's of the game.... Once that was taken care of the Fun Begun.....
